Inspired to be healthier!!!
After reading Total Fitness with Artificial Intelligence, this book has truly inspired me in so many ways at any age on how I can best take steps with little time towards a healthier life. The AI part is a real bonus. Given the author’s extensive knowledge of IT and experience in health, this book provides where to find a number of great resources along with how to customize your very own plan. With my schedule of competing priorities, I can’t thank you enough Klaus Barkhausen for taking the time to write and share this book with me and others. It is exactly what I needed with limited time to start living a healthier lifestyle.

90 Year Old Version
Total Fitness by Klaus Barkhausen is an easy to follow guide to becoming a better version of yourself....even at 90 years old. Some say you cannot teach an old dog new tricks, but the tips I learned from this book have been helpful. A few that I keep in mind while at the grocery store are simple. I find myself looking at labels more often. If I cannot pronounce the ingredients, I put the item back on the shelf. I have scratched grapes, alcohol, coffee creamer and artificial sugar substitute off my staples list. I start my morning with a little stretching and easy repetitive movements before my brain can make excuses not to do so. In just a few weeks, I feel better already. I take it one day at a time, but I do feel like I am a better version of myself after referring to the information provided in Klaus' book. A must read for 90 and older.
