Received package, noticed the seal was broken on the manufacturers box and was also torn, tried to link controller to console failed to connect several times, i wish amazon would remove this seller.

Keys were sticking after first use.

Only issue I have ever had with Nintendo is sometimes their peripherals feel cheaply made, but are still highly priced. Even the after market stuff feel cheap as well. This pro controller literally feels like my Sony brand PS5 controller. It has some heft to it and the joysticks/triggers/buttons have a very premium feel. Worth EVERY penny, in my opinion.

Wouldn't connect to switch or PC. Had to go to Target to buy another one. Same color and that one connected right away.

I don't if it's just my specific controller but every time I'm connected Bluetooth it'll randomly just disconnect for no reason I'm like few inches away from my device. I had the same controller before that was never a problem. Other than that it's a great controller.

Garbage on every level. The design to have the thumbstucks pop off without any kind or mechanism other than friction holding them in place, I had them pop off multiple times in a Smash Tournament. Also pops off in times of calm play, due to the fact that all it takes is the jiggling of the joystick through normal play to eventually pull it off. And then you better pray you don't lose it. But I'm getting ahead of myself. My ZenPro was incapable of maintaining a solid wireless connection, tested with N. Switch, Android, and PC. On All 3 platforms, the controller would either fail to sync, or after much struggle, eventually pair, but then lock up, claiming to be connected to the device all the while none of the inputs work. So then you must conpletely unpair it, and turn off the controller and back on before it can *ATTEMPT* to sync again. USB C Hard wiring did not fix this, nor did resetting the controller to factory default multiple times. Third, the controller has the worst input lag I've ever seen. My pair of joycons with Nintendos stock adapter to make them into a wireless controller has a better response time than the Zenpro through testing. Online, the ZenPro has been tested by guys smarter than Me and found that it has up to a 1/10 of a second delay time. In the world of wireless controllers, especially premium ones like this, that is absolutely unacceptable. You are better off with an Xbox 360 controller! In addition, many buttons will completely fail to input despite how hard you push. The controller seems to hit a state of desync where you push the buttons, nothing happens, then about 3 or 4 seconds later your character will start to spam the inputs all at once. Through thorough research and discussion with other users of the ZenPro, this product is a slot machine. I have a friend who swears by his. The problem can be traced back to the company gulikits horrible Quality Assurance and testing of their products. Their controllers are shipping fairly frequently with debilitating defects. The only solution is to screw around for hours through trial and error to determine whether your controller just has bad settings, or is defective. If it is defective, sure, you can get a replacement, and pray that one isn't also defective. I know of folks who have gone through 3 or 4. I just returned my gulikit, and despite all of the nice bells and whistles it toutes, I cannot in any way recommend this controller. I play more consistently with a $14 wired yoshi controller from Ross, and id take a cheap wired POS controller compared to this thing if that tells you anything. 0/5 Stars for Horrible Quality Assurance
