Great Lock
Great product. Super easy install with good instructions. I also purchased the WiFi gateway and that is where I ran into problems. I put the App on my wife’s and my phone. The instructions included with the door lock and the instructions on their website addressed the issue but not thoroughly. Luckily, they have a terrific support staff with quick responses and had me up and running with three emails.

Kucacci's keyboard smart door lock is a **qualified "entry-level" keyless door lock**. It is reliable in its core functions (password unlocking, automatic locking, physical key backup), and the installation is relatively simple and affordable. The biggest advantage is to solve the pain of forgetting the key.

We love it!! There are several ways to use it, we preferred the thumb print to open the door.

exactly what we needed...almost....read on....
this lock serves EXACTLY the purpose we needed it for.... I give it a '4' because we haven't figured out how to have it stay unlocked for say 8 hours....anybody know how to make that setting?? presently after we put in the combo, it unlocks and then immediately locks again.....not a serious issue as we have gotten into the barn and put something against the door to keep it open....

Easy install
The install was very easy, we had a standard door knob to our She Shed. We really like the fingerprint reader, it allows entry with no key.

Definitely recommend
I really like this lock. It was a little confusing for me at first to set it up but their customer support sent me a video explaining it and it couldn't be easier with that guidance.

Great product does absolutely well.

Almost perfect
The lock would get a 5 star if it wasn't for the fingerprint recognition. After a few days the fingerprint recognition doesn't seem to work. You have to constantly keep re-registering the fingerprints. As for everything else, down to the app, everything works fine.
