PRIMA Coeliac Celiac Gluten Test

Follow the instructions (read them through first before doing anything else). It is an easy test to conduct. Clean hands, prick finger - per the diagram provided, let the blood form a drop, place the pipette on the drop and it sucks up bood, repeat till there is blood up to the black line, put blood from pipette into reagent bottle, mix well, three drops onto lateral flow, wait 10 minutes. If you have a sea of red like one of the pics you have used too much blood or too much reagent mix (only three drops needed). There is a very faint white line if you have sensitive eyes, barely visible - this is not a positive result - the line will be coloured if there is any indication of positive test. Everything worked well, prick drew blood easily when used as recommended - side of tip of ring finger; avoid front of fingers especially if you have thick skin/calloused hands (workmen, older people, some musicians etc). As with any lat flow test it will not be infallible but if the control line shows and there is no other coloured line you can deduce that it is much less likely that the condition tested for is present. Would be happy to use such a kit again.

This test kit on face value should be good and simple. In reality it was not. the ‘solution’ pot that you add your blood via pippet was empty so my solution was simply blood. When applied to the test strip, no result recorded of any type. Useless. I followed the instructions meticulously but don’t think it was really a good test. I’m going to go to my GP and recommend you don’t waste your money here.

Well there seemes too be alot of good reviews on this item which made me go for it n the first place!! P Which turned out to be a totaly waste of money for me! I’m not saying it’s a waste of money due to the good reviews I’m just saying it was a waste of money for me! I had problems getting the 10 🩸 of blood out! I’am a diabetic and know what I was doing! I pricked all my fingers n still didn’t get enough! I didn’t wanna give up so I cut my fingers with a kitchen knife! Abit drastic I know but i didn’t want to waste the test not that it helped cuz I found a crack n the blood syringe thing! So I’m no better off apart from £10 lighter! I hate written poor reviews but what can you do! Not only was it a waste of money I’m still running too and from the loo 💩 💩 💩 please don’t look at this review as a bad review I’m just saying what i experience!! I would 100% buy again from this seller! but can’t realy afford to at this moment in time, it’s just hard to get a doctors appointment around here at the mo 😀👍

This is easy to use. After readying many reviews I was very skeptic, however if you don’t try you won’t know. With one painless pin prick blood can be drawn. My best advice is not to try and get all of the blood in the pepett but to get what u can and squeeze into the bottle and repeat with around 10 good drops of blood - this then gives enough blood to mix with the liquid and add three squirts onto the test. The control to show the test worked came up quickly - which was reassuring. It did not test positive for me - I didn’t think I was but checked anyway.

My autistic 11 year old said it didn't hurt at all. Quick and easy. Hopefully accurate results as ticks one off the list for potential causes of said 11 year olds digestive issues. Didn't even notice the site of blood taking for rest of the day! I was a bit worried given the other reviews but they said it didn't hurt at all!

I used my own lancets as I'd read others were having trouble with the supplied one. It was a little difficult to produce enough blood to fill up the pipette but I managed. The leaflet supplied was clear and I had no issues following the instructions. The test seemed to work fine and I had a clear line in the control area, the test area had a completely white line. I've read some other customers experienced the same thing. I'm assuming this was an evaporation line of dome sort, there was no colour to the line. I'm reading the results as negative but as I haven't been to the Dr, it's hard to be completely sure.

Non capisco le recensioni negative, il prodotto è buono e di facile utilizzo, basta attenersi minuziosamente alle istruzioni, in pochi minuti si fa tutto e si ha il risultato attendibile. Ho usato spesso altri test di questa marca, mi sono sempre trovata bene, ma i test in generale non sono infallibili. Può succedere di avere falsi positivi o negativi. Se non siete convinti al 100% perché magari le linee sono dubbie o ritenete di aver proceduto in maniera non corretta, recatevi in un centro analisi specializzato. Comunque con me è stato tutto molto semplice, e il risultato è stato netto e chiarissimo! Ricomprerei assolutamente!
