Man spreading. Separated they make every man able to sit anywhere comfortably without squishing any berries. Every man should own a set of these.

Slides too much, but comfortable and "wide enough"
I have a "wide stance". Some might call it "man spreading", but I'm doing it at my own desk, so leave me alone! Lol. I've been struggling to find a foot rest wide enough for how I sit. Put together, these are "wide enough" but the fact that two of them can split up makes it more versatile compared to others. My only complaint is that the small rubber nubs on the bottom aren't enough to prevent them from slipping on my hard floor, and since they are two smaller pieces, they slide around a lot.

Perfect size! I'm a tall guy and "manspread" often - this thing is the perfect length and height. Super comfortable for those long days WFH. My back is feeling better now too. A+

Use it every day at work
I enjoy this foot rest. I keep my shoes on or take them off, works great both ways. The soft cushion feels supportive but comfortable. I like that they can be separated or put together.
