It is a pretty decent mat, does stay in place and is comfortable to train on. Would have given it 5 stars if it was a little thicker and easier to keep it clean.

So far, this mat has been great. It’s softer than I expected, but still provides good support and grip for workouts. The size is ideal for what i needed with plenty of room to move around, and it stays in place well during use.Overall, solid quality and good value for money, happy with it so far.

I teach a Zumba class and the hall I use decided to varnish the stage with what can only be described as the most slippery substance on earth and I spent two weeks almost dying, having just come back from an injury I was not having fun. Something had to be done. I bought this mat, it doesn't cover the entire area I use but it's good enough and provides excellent non slip support for me. Despite moving around alot with dancing and jumping it hardly moves around on the slippery floor but when I do want to move it, it's easy. The thickness isnt too much, like a regular thinnish yoga mat, not like a thick pilates mat. Suitable for me to dance on. Absolutely class, cannot recommend it enough and I find the store away straps fantastic, I didn't want to roll it too tight as it creates a lip I could trip over and the straps are big enough to have it quite a bit looser. Very happy, and now I won't injure myself.

Love this exercise mat, I use it in my kitchen (which has a tiled floor). It seems to take a lot of impact on my Achilles and knees due the thickness. It’s a great size and doesn’t slip like mats I’ve had in the past.

I am currently using this mat in my home gym. I was sceptical at first whether it could be used directly on top of carpet without the mat moving as I exercised. So far it seems fine with weight plates placed on each corner. I have yet to try without the plates holding it down. I have my rowing machine set up on top of the mat and it has stayed perfectly in place when rowing hard.It is comfortable to exercise on, but would not offer much padding if you were to drop heavy weights on it. The mat deforms when heavy weights are placed on it for long periods but does eventually return to its original shape.

It's great for exercise at home, but loses a star because it moves about a bit on a carpeted surface.

I have received the item it is big enough but the problem is tht is written tht u will recieve with the mat a set of HAPBEAR resistance bands 4 in the picture there was none at all even one. So tht made me sad because the money was high and expensive.

Comfortable level of thickness, easy to clean, good for the price. It has good traction and is easy to put away. You can also use it under gym equipment if that's your wish.

Morbido e comodo, essendo molto grande è pesantino, quindi prenderlo e arrotolarlo ogni volta per riporlo è un po' noioso. Da tenere conto in fase di acquisto se serve così grande o meno, in ogni caso è un buon prodotto.
