Works great!
It's really is a great apple peeler. I like it better than the other type with the thin blade. It works well with small to medium apples. Larger ones have a tendency to lop off the prongs. It peals very fast and uniformly. I can make an apple pie in half the time it use to take me by using this peeler and the apple core it comes with. I am not as strong as I use to be so my husband slices the apples. We through them in the pie, sprinkle sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter, done. It's just a great product. it works!

Great blades for a nifty little product.
My daughter loaned me her Apple Peeler Pro when I was making apple butter. But her blades were used up so I ordered a few of these. We peeled 10 lbs of apples in about 15 minutes. So much easier and faster than by hand. This peeler is a gem, well designed and very easy to use. One blade lasted through this peeling task with no sign of loosing its sharpness. It appears to still have plenty of usable life. The blade is encased in an easily removable (and reusable between uses) plastic cover for safety.I was skeptical at first because of the price, but the time I saved peeling was well worth it to me!

Worked great until I dropped it . Used it every day . An apple a day keeps the doctor away .
Some times it wouldn’t stay stuck to the counterAlso had to turn the apple around to peal the top of the other side

These blades fit
I wasn't exactly sure if these replacement blades would fit the Apple Peeler Pro I had since I purchased it several years ago. I decided to try them since they weren't that expensive and I'm glad I did. They fit my Peeler Pro and now I have a sharp blade again!

Fun to watch, and it works.
I enjoy apple pie. This cutter reduces the work in preparing a skinless product. I does what it's supposed to do. So far every size of apple I've tried has peeled nicely.

The fit
Did not fit the Apple peeler that I had. It’s the same kind but it was clear not clear and red.

Too fun to stop
I am 49 years old and have no children. But I am a kid at heart and I will do whatever it takes to keep my totally fun apple peeler working. Buy the peeler. Then buy the blades so you will aleays have some extras handy. I have peeled as many as 70 (that's SEVENTY) apples using one blade. The peeler itself also cleans up easily.

Didn't Fit My Peeler
These blades are in white plastic, as opposed to the clear plastic shown. I have the apple peeler that is shaped EXACTLY like the one in the picture, but it has RED gears inside. These blades did not fit at all. I had to send them back.
