They really working
I’m using this every night one tablet before I go sleep and I sleep like baby and wake up so fresh

Good value for the money and they worked for me
Have only used product for 3 nights and so far so good took 2 tablets bout 1 hour before bedtime and drifted off roughly about 1 and 1/2 hour later slept well

I for brought these from Holland and Barrett but are cheaper on Amazon and are brilliant I sleep a lot better these days
