This is an absolutely amazing nasal dialaor.
This is an amazing nasal dilator. I have tried about 10 different types of nasal dilators. This one is in the top 2 of those that work. The material is strong enough NOT to collapse and hold the nasal passageway open firmly without slipping. This is great engineering. The right size MUST be found to see what works for you. This is a fantastic NO drug solution. Thank you and God bless you.

Not the best choice for me.
I found this product to be hard and not a good fit.Item shipped fast and was as pictured.

Too soft for the hard efforts
I purchased a trial pack of WoodyKnows Racer dilators because I'm trying to see if I can find something better than my current Rhinomed Turbines. The WoodyKnows Racers are not better. The Racer Medium was the only dilator that I could comfortably fit into the nose but its diameter was too small to help open the nostrils. The Racer Large might have worked, but I could not insert the dilator into both nostrils at one time due to the too-short connector. I tossed the Racers into the trash about 5 minutes after opening the package and will continue to search for a better dilator.

Be aware of the size and material
I bought this Nasal Dilator for my brother who lives in Europe. I always bought size L for him. Unfortunately, WoodyKnows didn't attach the sizing chart to their website and I wasn't aware that its size L is different than size L of other brands. After I delivered it to my brother we learned it was too large and stiff. The material from which the Nasal Dilator is made is not flexible and hard causing pain after a short use. I'm still in Europe and can't return it between the 30-day return policy. Boomer.

If you have a deviated septum, don't bother.
These probably work fairly well for your average person without a deviated septum, but if you suffer from one these are not for you. For us with a deviated septum, a product that would let you mix and match sizes for each nostril are what's needed. This isn't it.

Where is a sizing chart for this product?
Once I ordered this product I saw no sizing chart so I just took the chance and ordered the first one that showed up available to me. Needless to say the size is twice as big as I can fit on my nose, and the material is far from soft so it definitely hurt trying to fold it and shove it in my nostril. End result: product doesn’t fit and will be going to the nearest dumpster.
