This is the most expensive piece of junk I have ever purchased. Microphones sound awful with terrible echo. You can't adjust the screen size like it says without moving projector closer. Disappointed... I even emailed the company WITH NO RESPONSE... Returning to Amazon has been a down right pain in the rear and has cost me so much time and money.

Wanted to step up our karaoke game and found this item. Shipment came on time and in good condition. It came with the projector-speaker / necessary power cords/ remote/ 2 cordless UHF microphones/ 1 plug in microphone/ USB wired mouse and instruction manual. Both of the UHF microphones require two AA batteries per microphone and the remote requires two AAA batteries and none are provided. The instruction manual showed basic information but not in detail. It does have a HDMI port for input and I recommend strongly getting a Chromecast or other HDMI media device to plug in because the software on the device is spotty and hard to navigate. When you do plug in the media device just hit the source button on the machine and it will switch over to HDMI source and you will be able to navigate with your plug-in media device. I do also recommend a Bluetooth speaker that you can connect up to your HDMI media device. The speaker sounds good on the machine but whenever the volume is up It does volume fade on bass drops. The two wireless UHF microphones are not Bluetooth so you will only hear your vocals on the projector speaker which does sound amazing as long as there's not music playing through at the same time hence why I recommend a separate Bluetooth speaker. On the included wireless microphones there is a slide volume up and down and a tiny button to power on. Once you power on the microphones it should automatically pair to the projector speaker. The projector is bright and does have keystone and focus with good quality. The distance away from the screen to the projector is about 9' for 100" projector screen. I would recommend this product as long as you have a Bluetooth speaker and media HDMI plug in. Most of the settings will need to be accessed via the wired remote for brightness.

Both wireless mics stopped connecting to the unit after only 4 uses. Despite replacing the batteries (which were new) and troubleshooting for hours alone and with my dad (we are both competent and familiar troubleshooting issues of the like), there is no way to reconnect. I sent an inquiry through both Amazon and directly on Masingo’s website and never received a response (going on a couple weeks now). For a $500 karaoke machine, one would expect the unit to function as a karaoke machine. Now I have a $500 mediocre at best projector - embarrassing for the company.
