I didn't like the powder form of creatine so I decided to try these gummies. I’ve taken them now for over a month and they have definitely helped me lift heavier. The only thing that kept me from a 5 Star was it doesn’t give me that energy that it’s suppose to before the gym.

They taste good however I didn’t see any results from them.

The reason why I think it’s great. Is all due to the aftermath when you come off of it. Because it’s not a bad crash. I’ve used creatine before but in powder form and I always had a bad crash and felt awful after. But these keep me feeling great.

Don’t like how it has an fda logo like it was approved by them when it actually isn’t. Also don’t appreciate how my product seemed to be collecting dust in someone’s warehouse or home, without nobody feeling the need it at least wipe the dust off it. Besides that good product
