I’ve had previous water dispensers, at this price point you’re not gonna get the best quality, but the quality could be slightly better nonetheless. BUT, I had a problem with the shipping, the product arrived broken. I contacted customer service and they fixed the problem RIGHT AWAY. This company or at least in my experience, has excellent customer service and are dedicated to provide excellence. And just for that alone I give this product 5 stars.

Leaked water in my house 2 times. Couldn’t find the leak. Tried to return it but the freight was twice as much as the cost of the cooler. Had to throw it away

The only downfall is where you fill your cup up the area is very small so I’m constantly “guess” filling and have to keep checking where the water is at in my bottle since I can’t see. It gets the job done and keep the water cold though. Next time I’d spend a little extra for better quality.

Hot water heater boiled water and didn't automatically shut off. I turned off the hot water side and I just use the cold water.
