Decent track with some drawbacks
I was happy to find this track on amazon since they aren't very common when I searched for them. The track seems to be well made. However, the installation hardware was missing and the rollers were not included. They sent me rollers pretty quickly when I contacted them, but it should just arrive with everything included. The 2 biggest drawbacks are:1. There is no connector to connect the 2 separate tracks. Most slots in the ceiling are not that perfect to ensure 100% alignment without some connector to keep it in place. I'm still thinking about how to best create my own.2. There is no end piece to allow the rollers to be added/removed whenever the track is installed. I was planning to add adhesive and mud when installing the track to ensure a great finish, so simplify removing the tracks to add/remove rollers isn't feasible. I'm also thinking of a way to modify the end of the track a little so I can add/remove/replace rollers once the track is installed. Two options I'm considering is drilling a hole large enough for the rollers, or add a small plug at the end that I can unscrew to get access to the track from the side opening.Since I purchased these tracks, I've found another ceiling track brand that solved the above 2 issues, so I wish the seller/manufacturer would offer solutions to these common problems, because solutions do exist. A simple metal clamp that holds the tracks together and an end plug to feed in rollers would be easy for a manufacturer to offer.Overall, the install isn't really that easy unless you already have a perfect slot in the ceiling. Otherwise, cutting out drywall gets very messy and is anything but easy. I think the end result will be worth it, but it's a big project to make it look good and find solutions to the above mentioned issues.

Doesn’t work for long curtains
Used it for new construction and my contractor spent quite a lot effort installing it but still doesn’t quite work:1. no track connector so when sliding it always get stuck at the connection locations2. can only handle light weight curtains. mine is 10 feet and spans for 14 feets and thus can hardly slide

Doesn't work at 118" long.
Due to it being in two pieces it the curtain gets stuck in between the two. I have to replace with another product offered in one length or longer to cut off at an end rather than in the middle such as this one is.
