Excellent book received in advance of time span promised, well packed and good quality - would recommend to any of my family or friends. The book itself is most interesting and exactly what I was looking for to complement my reflexology studies.

Good book for beginners l personally was disappointed as l didn't learn anything . The treatment was too much like reiki which l do not wish to do after 17 years of Reiki which l ended last year . Reiki is not good in any way in my opinion . This book was not what l was expecting at all sadly ...Definately not complete and not enough info for advanced therapy or treatments for me ...Not enough info on light or kinesiology and too much like reiki for me distant healing and channeling, definately not what l wanted and lm doing advanced colour therapy which is easy after 20 odd years of holistic therapies l wanted more info and comprehensive treatment advice .. I choose colour therapy as l didn't want to go down the reiki type therapy in anyway .. If you know nothing g about colour or chakras ect this is a good book . Just for me not in anyway a complete colour therapy programme in my opinion. Very good intro to colour therapy but l wanted more personally

Fantastic book - really enjoyed it I would recommend this book to anyone interested in colour therapy or someone who just wants to try something a little different. The Writer just pulls you in, excellent

All info I wanted.

Its OK but it loses it's way a bit half way through with the spinal chart that seems a little over the top and complex. Also the book says it's not the complete colour therapy inside and recommends course and other readings which leads one to question the title. The book covers a lot of ground well but is hard reading and I suspect was hard writing too.

I hit the jackpot on getting the right book on color healing! I am already a Reiki Master and an energy healing practitioner, amungst other modalities. I wanted to learn more in depth about color healing and decided to order this book. I was pleasantly surprised how in depth this book goes! It's a course in itself. Although i wish i could find an actual class to take with this book so i could learn these techniques in more depth! I dont often write reviews but this book deserved one! This will be a book that i will continuously reference back to in my color healing journey!

The colors were bleeding and no good feeling of paper quality

lots of information , easy to read, did not want to put it down

Would have enjoyed more of each color meaning.
