V11 Extra Cordless Vacuum Cleaner | Iron | New

We replaced our older Dyson (the corded, yellow one) after 16 years. The yellow Dyson was outstanding and still running when we upgraded to this one. Household mix of carpets, rugs, and laminate with 2 adults and two medium length fur dogs (who are allowed on furniture). Pros- relatively light weight, 3 power settings to save battery when needed, super mobile and able to pair down for easy use on stairs, non-ugly charging station, easy to empty/ clean dustbin container, very effective upholstery (spouse is in love!) Cons- Small dustbin, battery makes vacuum top heavy so hand may tire. Overall- Well worth the money and would buy again.

I bought this Dyson vacuum from the Amazon warehouse as a returned resale item and was worried it might not be in good condition but when I got it, it was in like NEW condition with almost all of the accessories in their unopened original packages in the box. Other than a couple very minor scratches on the vacuum cleaner dust bin it was basically in new condition and worked perfectly. I've had it now for a year and the battery works and charges as it did from the first time I used it. Very strong suction, many accessories, brush head is very effective, digital controls are very easy to use and light up display with battery life indicators is awesome. Very pleased with this purchase.

Was great until it wasn’t. I haven’t even had this for 6mos and the suction will not pick anything up anymore. I tried using the boost button and now it will not change off boost and shuts off in 5 seconds. My last cordless Dyson lasted me 8 yrs before it stopped charging. I do all the regular filter changes and maintenance. Super disappointed as Dyson has always been my go to for vacuums. I’ve contacted seller so we shall see how Customer Support is on this issue. Two star was the only option as the one star would not let me submit. Update: I’ve been dealing with the seller for over 4 months now and they continue to string me along with the promise of resolution. I have made contact with them every few weeks and sad to say they are not upfront and forth coming. Told me they ordered another one and would ship asap. Still nothing!

Really good vacuum, light weight, compact, and powerful.

I'm writing this to explain to anyone out there looking for a Dyson stick vacuum and how confusing it can be. So I am writing this to inform people that the best deal going on a Dyson stick vac is the v11 extra vacuum it comes with almost every attachment that Dyson makes it comes with the detachable battery the click in not the screwing and it works wonderfully it picks up more dirt in in my home than it ever has with any other vacuum and it's just a stick vac so I suggest anybody out there looking for a Dyson stick vac to stop looking and order the v11 SV28 extra stick vac! You'll be glad you did Good luck hunting

This sweeper is everything and then some. Good suction, not too heavy.

I do really love this vacuum, however I had to buy another one 1 year later, the trigger died.

Way stronger than my old v6. Deals with long hair without any issue. Dyson quality, so far no problems.
