A Fun Way to Exercise
I got this board as a gift for my five-year-old son, and he has a blast with it. Adding the labyrinth into a balance board was pretty ingenious. The board is made of a thick wood and holds his 72lb body easily. This is definitely not a toy to use with socks as your feet will slip pretty easily. No gripping material on the board. Barefoot or shoes are for sure, the way to go.
