Initially, I wasn’t in love with it… at first glance all I could see was the very plastic looking branches (was hoping it had a more realistic wood look like my nearly natural brand olive tree). But as soon as I put it together I was over the moon! Want another one before it goes out of stock!

Like it overall but wish the amazon photo was more accurate. The red version is more like a reddish-brown. I ordered a second one of the red one and both were this darker red/brown, not the bright red of the product photos

Ok, I was hesitant to buy this because I feel like you can spot a fake bonsai from a mile away. Even when I received it, I was not impressed pulling it out of the box. But, I saw the other reviews that felt the same way until the put it together (which is just snapping in one piece). I fluffed out the stems and bought a nice pot for it, and now I could not be more obsessed! It is the focal point of the living room and a major statement piece! I’m buying another for the bedroom. Highly recommend!

Looks nice from a ways away, but the closer you get, it's noticeably fake. You will need to set in a bed of rock or it tips over.
