OH this is SO nice! Just what I needed! Gets right into your shoulder blades and back...

This massager feels genuinely good, the pressure goes deep and stays consistent. It has multiple modes, adjustable settings, and the heat function makes it even better. I use it for full-body massage, but it shines on my lower body. It gets right into my sciatic nerves and gives proper deep relief every time. The pain reduction is immediate, and for the price, it’s amazing value. It’s sturdy, durable, and genuinely useful. One of the best massagers I’ve bought.

I needed to replace my back massager after my one broke after 6 years, so was looking for a similar one. I had returned several ones around the £25-£35 mark and realised that the quality of massagers have gone down hill, as I couldn't feel anything... the strength of massage wasn't good and couldn't even feel the heat. I wasn't keen to spend so much, but after reading the reviews and a £10 discount I felt happy to spend and confident it'll work. Marked down a star as its quite pricey for the size. I'm pretty happy with my purchase and its very quiet, firm and heat is pretty good - only time will tell if it'll last months or years.

Needs a longer cord but otherwise amazing!!!!

Update: Update: Bob & Brad customer services reached out to me regarding the issue with the product. They were very apologetic and offered a refund or replacement. Despite having disposed of the product, they insisted on providing a full refund, which I received. This was truly outstanding customer service. Thank you, Bob & Brad, for your generosity. Your actions speak volumes about your commitment to customer satisfaction. ——————————-> I wanted to express my disappointment with the product. While it initially seemed promising, it has developed a squeaky noise, and the absence of a handle makes it frustrating to use. Unfortunately, I believe I missed the return window, so I'm resigned to enduring the squeaks.

Crap. 3 months and broke down.

I had been looking into getting a sports massage as I had been suffering with a stiff and occasional sore back, but seeing how much physios charged for a 30 min massage made me wonder if there was a more cost effective solution. This has been an absolute life saver! I do at least six hours of dance a week + 45 min HIIT I also work in front of a computer all day (so not the most back friendly activities!) I can use this whilst working at my desk and this device gets out all the knots from my workouts. My dancing has already improved and I feel my recovery is much quicker! I plug it in and love that I can use it whilst working/watching TV. I do find it more comfortable to use sitting upright in a desk chair though. It also warms up which is a nice functionality. So much more convenient than paying £££ for regular sports massages! 10/10 recommended!

I bought this last year April 2025 here at Amazon, we never used it often. Now am surprise that it is not working anymore when I tried to use it.
