I have arthritis and placing backs on earrings gets complicated, let's just say I've lost a few earring backs. The replacements are good so far. As for stability, some of the backs are not consistent, the holes are bigger in some than others, so you have to trial and error until you get the right fit. The comfort is great. Also the bag is a bit too small to easily operate for me and my arthritic hands, but otherwise good product. I thought the value for the price was good. It does the job so I'd recommend and buy again. I don't know about the long-term quality of the material, but it seems promising. I know sometimes these types of backs are not made well and they can get yucky and unusable in a year or two, but I guess time will tell on these. As I said, I'd buy again.
