Sticker Dolly Dressing Ballerinas

Great gift for any dance lover! keeps my 7 year old niece busy and entertained!

My daughter recently received this as a gift for her 4th birthday. I am one of those 'We don't ruin our toys' moms (I don't like to think of myself as a control freak, I just am not a big fan of destruction of anything). So I was thinking, "Oh no, she's too young and it's just going to be a huge mess." Of course she loved it, asking every morning, noon and night to do her ballerina sticker book. And although I still only let her do a couple pages at a time, because I find it's the unsupervised sticker time that creates the biggest messes. She's been very careful and detailed with these stickers (and there are a lot of tiny stickers). To my surprise there is something about these sticker books that say, "Take care of me! I am so ridiculously pretty." They offer her creative license to pick her own outfits, but really lead her to outfits and accessories that match, costumes for specific ballet characters. The book really lent itself to be done in several stages. One or two pages per ballet. The stickers are the perfect amount of sticky, pretty easy for her to remove and then to adjust as needed. But I wouldn't call them re-useable. Which is why I am online to buy more. I'm also going to send one to my friend's daughter for her 4th birthday.

Awesome sticker book! This was a perfect gift for my 6 year olds dance recital. She had so much fun putting this book together.

My daughter just loves these Usborne sticker books! I think they are great, too. Highlights: 1. Not commercial or based on TV characters, which is kind of a relief. 2. The people in the scenes are usually wearing very modest underwear and the child goes to the sticker pages and chooses clothing to put on the people. (Lots of accessories, too.) 3. Sticker pages tell you what scene the clothing is meant to go on. 4. Educational value. Yes! The ballet book features famous ballets, not random scenes. The Around the World book takes you to different countries and lets you dress people of various cultures in their traditional outfits. The historical fashion one features specific eras in different countries. 5. Diversity. Although there's lots of Western culture (USA/Europe) in these books, there is also some diversity. Not all the people are white, yay, and the places you visit include many non-Western countries and cultures.

I bought this because my toddler loves stickers. It helps her with hand eye coordination and promotes her creativity. I am planning to buy more sticker books for her

My five year old loves these sticker books. Taking the stickers off are sometimes hard with the larger stickers (she rips some of them) but she loves it. My eight year old loves it too & has no problems with the stickers. We take them on long car rides & keeps them busy for hours.

My 4 yo loves dressing up the ballerinas. There are a lot of stickers and they correspond to many famous ballets shown in the book. The only downfall is that once she tries to move the outfit to someone new, it doesn't stick anymore.

Books are high quality and beautifully illustrated. My granddaughter absolutely loves them and they are a perfect quiet time activity! I’ll be ordering more!

I bought this for my God Daughter's 6th B-day along with a movie about a ballerina and a jewellery box and it was the perfect complement to the gift. However, tho book is beautiful and it would make the perfect gift just by itself. I just loved the quality of the paper! It is glossy and the images are really lovely. My God Daughter loved it!

Die Aufkleber sind von guter Qualität, auch kleine Kinderhände können sie problemlos herauslösen ohne sie zu beschädigen. Die Kostüme sind wunderschön und abwechslungsreich, wie die dargestellten Ballettstücke (Schwanensee, Nussknacker, Dornröschen, Schwanensee usw.). Ich finde das Album genauso fantastisch wie meine Tocher. (Zudem ist es als "Beschäftigunsmaßnahem" für Restaurant oder Arztbesuche usw. sehr gut geeignet.) Kann ich nur empfehlen!
