A soft and comfy support pillow that really helps I find. You can use it as a lumbar support and also as a side support or even raising your feet in bed. The cover is removable and washable so another bonus point. Excellent item.

Works as intended

This is a well made and very portable cushion. I already had one I take with me to meetings but this is more portable. It can help with train rides, for example. The one area I’m not sure about is in bed. My fear is that if you don’t have a good sleeping position you may just reinforce bad habits. I sleep on one side and it has taken some experimentation to find the right place to put it where it supports me without leaving me twisted in the morning. But if you persevere, eventually (and possibly with help from someone who can tell you how you’re lying) you can get welcome support for your lower spine.

I have long suffered on and off with lower back pain, and I was hopeful that this lumber support pillow would be beneficial. I sleep on my back and unfortunately, this pillow proved to be most uncomfortable. I did persist with it for a few hours, hoping that I would get use to the feel of it, and that with time it would meld itself into my shape. Neither occurred.I have also tried it out as support for my lower back while sitting in an upright chair. Again, it proved to be uncomfortable and I think it aggravated rather than eased my back.However, there is one scenario where I found it to be beneficial. I like to read in bed for 30 minutes or so each night before settling down to sleep. I do this by laying on my side in bed. Placing the pillow under my side, wedged into my hip and supporting my waist not only felt comfortable, but I think it provided support that eased my muscles in this position.Other people may find this support pillow more conducive to use in a variety of situations, however, for me, its upside is limited to a specific circumstance.

This is a lovely quality cushion with an ultra-soft fabric cover (it's stretchy and easily removable for washing) and the squishy memory foam filling gives it a luxurious, softly cushioned feeling that I really like. I’m so glad I took a chance on it really (despite it looking rather chunky in the official pics) as it’s actually slimline and perfectly shaped and proportioned to provide support for your back while you're sleeping. Definitely happy!Just as an aside, I do think you could also use this in the place of a standard lumbar cushion on a chair or sofa (particularly if you find regular lumbar rolls too big and obtrusive); the grey cover certainly looks aesthetic enough to use it it a lounge/office setting.

A great quality cushion that offers good lumbar support and can be used sitting/laying. It's made from memory foam that moulds around your body, it's very soft and comfortable. The cover is made from a very soft smooth material that feels great against the skin. The cover has a zip, making it removable and washable. I found it worked well for relieving my lower back pain.

The shape would be good if it stayed that way. After a couple of days it became twisted and didn’t offer any support.

Okay, so here's the deal. Just in case I am insane, I asked someone else to try it. And they said the same thing. It was too high for them. It's too high to use under the area it's meant to be used under.Once you give up trying to put it under your back, this is a fantastic head pillow, side pillow, support pillow. Like, amazing. It's thick and really supportive, but the layout of the design means you can adjust how much support you want under your head. To be what it was designed for it would have to be AT LEAST an inch lower. So I love it, but it did fail for intended purpose.
