I absolutely love this ceramic dosing cup! I weigh out my espresso beans each morning using this cup on my scale. It's a very nice quality, good value for the money and looks fantastic on my coffee bar. I have a Breville Barista Touch that has a bean grinder built in. My machine is set up in a coffee bar area with a cabinet above it so I don't have much room for pouring beans into the grinder. This cup was the perfect solution due to its size and shape. Dosing the beans and grinding only what you need for your cup also allows you to store your beans properly, keeping them fresher in an airtight container vs sitting in the hopper exposed to light and air. It also improved my workflow as I was previously storing my beans in the hopper, grinding and then weighing the portafilter which was time consuming and messy.

Not an incredible amount to say here. Nice heavyweight ceramic coffee bean dosing cup with a quality coating. Comfortably holds about 25-30g of beans. In the correct shape to spray with water, cup palm over beans and shake. Then pour them into your grinder of choice. Also looks great on the countertop. Flat bottomed so it can easily and securely go on a scale for bean dosing.

TL;DR: As per usual with these things, this is basically a traditional ceramic tea tray repurposed as a coffee dosing cup, and it works perfectly fine for that job, tbh. The glaze pattern of this specific "model" gives it a more handmade, vintage look compared to the plain black or white versions everywhere else. The ceramic feels solid, arrived well protected, and has even survived a small accidental hit during use without damage. Just keep in mind that, of course, the glaze pattern may look considerably different from the product photos. It still works well for dosing coffee beans, even if newer coffee-specific designs might be a little more optimized for that purpose. What makes this one stand out is the glaze. Most cheap ceramic dosing cups come in plain black or white, but this one has a more interesting finish that gives it a rough handmade or vintage look. Mine looked slightly more uniform than the product photos, but it still kept that handmade aesthetic. DURABILITY AND DAILY USE: The ceramic quality feels decent for the price. It arrived well protected in the box, and I doubt it would break easily unless the package was seriously abused during shipping. I accidentally tapped it against my 1Zpresso J-Ultra grinder while handling both at the same time. The tray was completely fine, but the grinder actually ended up with a small mark on its aluminum finish 🤔. That probably says more about the grinder's finish than the tray, honestly. FINAL THOUGHTS: This is a simple ceramic dosing cup that does exactly what it is supposed to do. If you want something cheap but a little more visually interesting than the usual generic options, I thing this is a good pick. For less than $10, there is honestly very little to complain about. Just expect some variation in the glaze pattern since the finish does not seem perfectly uniform from piece to piece.

It has a simple job and it does it well. It definitely helps make my coffee workflow better. For anyone who weighs their beans, this is the perfect product.

wife broke my last one. so sad. She likes purple so replaced with this one. works just as good but it might be a tad smaller.

This is such a nice dosing cup. We've been slowly elevating our coffee making supplies and this was one of the first purchases. When you pick it up, it is weighty and sturdy, just feeling quality from the second you touch it. I love how easily it pours into our coffee grinder and it stays so clean most of the time with minimal static cling with the beans and mist combined.

Been thinking about getting one of these for years now as I thought do I really need one ?! Maybe not but it does make dosing out beans and pouring them into my grinders much easier. Also perfect for pouring beans into those centrifuge tubes for freezing. Nice colour and seems excellent quality.

Delivered quickly. More than large enough and beans don't get stuck in the pouring mouth. Reassuringly heavy, but could be slightly better finished.
