More ankle support then most cowboy boots

My son needed these boots for a wedding . I ordered his exact size & he does wear Wolverine boots . These run HUGE ! Sent them back & ordered a size down -

The size is 1,5 sizer bogies the nominal size , I wear 13 , I bought 12 d and feel little big,Good boot

They seemed like good boots and I wanted something with more tread than my old beat up Durango rebels. I’m very very upset with them though, they just separated at the heel of the sole and I’ve only wore them a handful of times!!!!

This pair of Wolverine boots have gotten a lot of compliments and are comfortable for everyday wear.

Serve the purpose

Had to order a size smaller than what he's accustomed to. Other than that, the quality of the leather feels good.

Runs larger than size

I wear a size 13 so I bought a 12 for a snug fit and I have had to put 3 insoles in these boots and they still slide on my heels I put them next to a size 14 pair of shoes and there still bigger. Also they are not 10 inch and instead are 13 inches tall which would have been great to know. so just a heads up if you order these they are absolutely huge and are obnoxiously tall.
