A Life in Car Design - Jaguar, Lotus, TVR: Oliver Winterbottom Hardcover – 15 April 2017

Having worked in the motor industry for most of my working life, including 15 years at Lotus, during Oliver's last stint there, I can tell you that Oliver really 'hits the spot'! Well written, and full of fascinating stories and characters. Well done 'Ollie'!

A well written and informative book. Gives a real insight into design and the workings of the British Motor Industry.

This was a gift requested on a wishlist so I don't expect any complaint about the book itself. No feedback on condition yet but it was sealed when gifted.

A very interesting book and read for anyone interested in car design or the TVR company when the Tasmin was being designed, Lotus or Jaguar in the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s or in the great man himself his life and all the cars he designed. Well writtern with lots of info on what went on in the three company's. Highly recomended.

An entertaining and wonderfull autobiography, providing an informative insight into the critical role Oliver played in the success of industry.

Worked with the author @ Lotus 1982-84. I was a Senior Buyer and 'helped' Oliver obtain components for the prototype M90 sports car. A great insight into the mad world of automotive engineering.

Really enjoyed reading this book.Great insight into the man, the job and the cars he designed.

Prose a bit dense at times but a good read; recommended
