Comfortable and just what I needed

The grip and length are excellent, but there are several things I don't like about this product. First, the orientation of the grips really only makes it useful for a couple exercises, such as overhead tricep extensions, which is what it is really designed for. But it doesn't have much versatility. Also, my big complaint is that the rope slides (is not fixed). When I bought it, I thought that feature would really be a plus, but in terms of functionality, it is not. It is difficult to get the rope evenly spaced so that it doesn't favor one side over the other. This makes balanced training of both sides challenging, and in the worst case, could lead to injury.

Piece of crap....the end caps fell out of both handles after just 3 uses.

This has become my favorite gym accessory. Can use it for what it is initially meant for and you can be creative and use it for specific body parts you are targeting. Glad I went with the longer length.

Do not buy this item !! Beware ! Literally imploded on me when under light load ! Handle ripped right off it ffs! Scary but luckily no injuries
