Worth the money
Exactly like the picture, material is strong, easy set up, hang it from the back of your door, or a hanging pole etc, multiple slots on the rope to adjust hight, it's exactly as it says it is, which is very rare

Great work out for the money
Theses things are awesome. My wife uses them everyday. The quality is just the same or better as the TRX kind. I like being able to easily adjust the length of the straps so both my wife and I can both use them. There are a number of different exercises you can do with them and the more you use them the more you can get creative in the exercises you can do. To get started just get on you tube and as you progress you can modify things for your level of fitness.
