I was really shocked by the audio quality on first listen.. really clear and balanced sound! It may take an adjustment for some having the ear hooks but I believe you can take them off no problem. If you’re used to headphones with clear calls, they may not be for you. The person calling can you hear you well but it’s low in volume for you to hear them. Overall, great product and hoping it lasts a long time!

I like the way it lays on my neck so when I drop one you'd have to drop both the sound is really good nice and clear

I bought two at once for daily podcast listening at work, to always have one worn and one charging.In just over two months, both have completely fallen apart. The plastic casing is held together by tiny catches, with no glue or screws or substantial dovetailing. Once apart, they can't snap back together again.I resorted to taping the first. When the second also failed, within a week, I decided to be done with them.

These appear to be well made and they function great. Unable to review longevity at this time

The rating is for the stellar battery life and the controls. The rubber ear hooks come off pretty easy and the thick wires probably add to the durability but it also makes them pop out of your ear easier or catch on something. The neck band is ok but kind of bulky and doesn’t quite form to my neck.

Super comfy to wear ( small ear orifice)Last the whole day without recharge them.
