Good tape for ribbon cables in electronics.
Works well on ribbon cables. Holds firm and keeps the cables in place.

Yes, great for enterprise hdd's for the 3.3v power disable pins.
Works as expected. Good adhesion. Works great with enterprise hard drives, 1/8in wide tape covers the 3.3v power disable pins perfectly.

Working on your hot-end? Get this!
There are similar tapes that cost less. This is the real stuff. This is what your hot-end heating and thermister wires are taped with.Use the real thing. The slightly higher cost isn't relevant -unless you intend to rebuild hot-ends for a living, you aren't going to run out of it anytime soon. It can take the intense heat and will keep your wires together and safe.

Great adhesive
Extremely thin, but this is as described. Excellent for electronics work but the adhesive is probably too strong to coat the plate for 3d printing

Good tape

Must have for shucked WD Reds
Shucked (6) 10TB Easystores for my new Plex build and wanted to avoid the molex adapters so I decided to do the Kapton tape fix. I will say, it was a little difficult to cut just right as it's just a bit wider than what it needs to be. I basically cut a strip and placed it on a scrap piece of plastic and cut that strip in half vertically. Then I cut it down to size crossways and placed it on the appropriate pin. Ensured tape was secure and tested it on my HDD dock first. Once I saw it was working, I loaded it into the new Plex PC and did that with remainder of drives. No issues at all.If you shuck those Easystore drivers, this a must have. Highly recommend.

Capstan tape
Works as advertised

Great for printer hotbed if applied correctly.
It's kapton tape, it's sticky, prints stick well, it handles heat and if you spray window cleaner (windex, invisaglass, etc. before you apply, then use a plastic card or rubber caulk tool to smooth out you will get a perfect printing surface. Just make sure if you do use this method to heat the bed slowly right after smoothing to dry the adhesion layer. Too fast or high in this drying heating will result in bubbles. Otherwise, the outcome is practically flawless.

Home projects
I also bought this for my wd. I actually didn't need it but it's nice to have on hand for future projects.
