I have been working from home for a year now and kind of got lazy. Adding to this I have the habit of checking my phone every 5 mins and watching TV. The product literally revolutionary. I didn't expect it to be this effective. Not like any other supplement which takes very long time to actually show results. I have taken this every day before a sleeping and trust me when I say this, it has been a blessing for a person like me who wasn't able to keep up with a proper sleep schedule. These melting strips have just one weird thing that when I take it, it gets sticks a little in my mouth but then it melts in seconds. I feel super sleepy in like 15-20 minutes of taking this. the whole body feels relaxed. def works within a few minutes but if youre mind isn't calm, then you'll feel like a lethargic zombie just trying to fall asleep. 40℅ asleep 60% awake. thats been my experience.

Worst sleep in all the ones I have tried, simply go for “melts into” one. It does work, even after 1-2 hours. Total waste of money, never buying this crap again.
