Good product for the price
Product is easy to install, which it good because it does loosen over time and slip out of place. It does require a significant amount of pressure to stay in place so it works better if you have two people to install so one can expand the bar and one can tighten the Directions for assembly could be a little more clear but was able to figure out with a couple trial and error.

It’s okay
Easy to install for sure, sturdiness isn’t all that it’s made pretty cheap , not strong but it does keep the dogs in place

Hi folks products instructions were poor I would label parts as A or B and so forth and maybe partial assembly. I do mechanical work so it was not to bad for myself but could be made simpler. I will modify height adjustment. Does not work to well. But couple of nuts and washers on bottom and I think it will adjust fine. Sturdy product for the money. Little tweaking and it will be fine . Thank you

Difficult assembly
I wish this product was easy to use and assemble. Took way too long so we threw it in the garage and went to PetSmart to purchase a better one that was put together already.

It is really only good for big dogs
After putting it together and rigging it in a few spots with some bungee cords and a piece of wood to fit my specific car interior we got the dogs in there and one got through right away. The other one got through shortly after through another spot. This is not for medium or smaller dogs for sure. It is really only good for big dogs. I gave it to my brother - maybe they will have better luck with it and their larger dogs

need a drill
Nice looking But instructions were not the best help. The tubing is thin but works good. I have a Pitbull and took it right down.So now where the slid lock needs to be drilled so the bolt will lock down to the setting you want then use the adjustment screws to hold it tight against floor & roof. I think this should be fine

Not a bad setup for the price
Not a bad setup for the price. The cups that sit against the floor and roof are slippery. Adhesive Velcro does the trick. Directions are pretty bad, but you can probably figure it out if you just try without them. The frame is decently solid, and has good adjustability to fit the width. I had pretty low expectations, but it works well enough for me.

Get what you pay for
To keep the bars in place you need two people to keep the vertical bars where they need to be. You have to tighten the screws till they almost break the plastic to keep horizontal bars from sliding around if our animals are determined to get up front like mine are.

Not for SUV!!!
This product should be ment also for SUV's and van's. But it comes not even close. I have it in my Volvo XC90 and with a block under it, it reaches the ceiling. Behind the front chairs you don't even have to try.

More stress than the price is worth!
This item was utterly infuriating from the moment I opened the box. Imagine a box full of metal poles & bits of stuff, and a very unclear absolutely pants set of instructions. In the end I just put it together so it looked right. Fine, apart from the fact bits of it still slide all over the place & if your dog has even half a brain they will soon work this out. The next problem I encounter is that the back seats in my car are slightly reclined - well put them forward I can hear you saying. No, they are on a permenant recline, meaning this guard cannot actually be fitted to my car without either cutting off half the boot so my poor dog ends up squashed against the back window, or risking it being at such an angle it's probably going to fall on her head & cause brain damage. Although maybe that's what they're hoping so she won't work out that she can push the bars straight out her way...

No fue lo esperado
No puedo hacer que se sujete adecueadamente a techo/piso de la camioneta. Se ca con el mínimo empujón, y obviamente los perros lo empujan
