Good introduction...
It's difficult to describe 40 alpha male habits in depth in such a short volume but the author has done a pretty good job. It's quite light but inspiring. I'm tempted to buy a few more of his books. For a more considered approach to masculinity you should read Rollo Tomassi's "The Rational Male".

An enjoyable read
The book is an enjoyable, brief overview of the personality traits and ways of thinking attributed to an alpha male. The piece has been written from a mature, more enlightened viewpoint of what a modern man should be, the attention placed on becoming a real man rather than creating an aggressive, low level aware arrogance i have seen written elsewhere.Taken as the overview it was clearly intended to be, i would recommend the book to other men looking for a quick taste of gender specific self improvement.

Good book for more than becoming an alpha male.
If are a man and are looking for a succinct guide to manliness then this is the book for you. This book reminds me of of the 48 laws of power is very similar in the sense that the book provides a set of rules which you should follow to become an alpha male. I think these rules would also apply to attracting women as not only becoming a dominant male figure.I found certain rules to be more pertinent than others like "stay confident" and "listen to others". The rules apply not only to being dominant but are also key in getting women to like you. i would recommend this book for anyone who is into topics like power and influence.

Be a winner not a whiner
"Train now and live like a champion for the rest of your life," says Muhammad Ali. We don't have to be like someone else, we just need to become the strongest and best versions of ourselves, and this book tells us how to do that. A proper man with a plan in his mind a man with perspective, a man who is sure footed, a man whose sole purpose for being classy as he is or being the natural leader that people look up to, says Derren Nash, the author. For me, confidence is one of the basics and it' one of the 40 laws

The books give good basic information
The books give good basic information. They are very short and ends up costing more money than a great CD set of motivational material that include a workbook. I am not gonna knock the author trying to make money by releasing a series of books but it's not worth the money to me

A Great Guide for All Men
I had never heard of the term Alpha male prior to purchasing this book but now I have a clear understanding. I have 4 boys all of whom I am raising to be successful, aggressive and dominant young men. This book will provide a perfect guide for my boys to read and follow in order to achieve high goals and be properly molded as strong and commanding individuals in society. Great job to the author for delivering a great book and I look forward to reading his other books as well.
