Dang I love this thing
It’s perfect. Fits so much ! I got it bc I was traveling out of the country and my laptop bag strap broke, I wanted something a little roomier so I could put my purse in it, snacks etc. I was able to fit so much and boy did I make that thing heavy but the straps are so padded and cozy, between that and the little buckle for the straps it felt so much lighter weight on my back. It’s very thick/durable and so cute, I got the black quilted one. It was important to me when I was looking for a bag for the laptop section to feel padded and it certainly does, makes me feel so much more secure. The hidden usb charging chord is such a cool bonus. Sooooo many different pockets and sections - there’s even a can shaped holder in one pocket to keep you bevvy upright. The pockets can go so deep that I can even use this as a normal backpack if I want. The value for the money is pretty incredible - definitely nothing like it out there. I have a 16 inch laptop and it fits great.

Amazing backpack
My boyfriend loves his new backpack. It has so much space and it’s very comfortable and convenient. It doesn’t have a smell. It looks amazing and there’s no damage. The charging port works just fine and the quality is great.

Feels the same and looks the same 10/10
At the beginning of my freshman year, I bought this backpack. It was the old version, which back then was offered in two sizes. I chose the bigger size and three color options. I picked the black and brown version, and because I am 6'2", I opted for the bigger size. This backpack lasted me throughout high school and a trip to California, which was three months long. The only time I started to see it fall apart was whenever I filled it up with a week's worth of clothes, my gaming laptop, and all the other accessories I had, such as my headphones, mouse, and laptop charger. The zipper came apart because it looked like a literal ball whenever I was walking through the airport with it, as I had filled it up that much. It was cheap and affordable for my parents back then, and it covered all my needs. It was pretty easy to use, and the portability was phenomenal.I still use it to this day until I bought a new one and take it to work, even though one of the zippers doesn’t close anymore. There are a lot of pockets, and I like the color. It would be great if the charger was a USB Type-C, but since I don’t use it much, it doesn’t matter. The backpack did what I needed it to do and lasted longer than I expected.I am now 20, and five months ago, I noticed it was time to purchase a new backpack. I opted to buy the same one, which arrived on July 5th. It looks and feels the same, except the zippers are metal and there are different pockets. Aside from that, it feels the same. Now, there’s only one color option, which is the one I picked 5-6 years ago, and the size is still the bigger size, so I’m glad they opted for the bigger size. Over all 10/10 imo thank you for reading I would’ve took pictures of the older one but my sister through it away sadly. :(

great price for the quality, holds up very well
This backpack serves well for commute to work and held up very well on several flights and fits well under the seat. I wish it had more zipped pockets, and a more durable material on the bottom, but overall I really like the two outside side pockets, which are big enough to hold a small bottle, and the small pocket on the outside part to hold small flat items. The low price is really surprising for the quality. The hidden pocket on the back side is an added bonus. It fits event a larger size laptop. Definitely recommend.

Nice, professional bag for everything
So far so good, the build is durable and its color looks like the picture shown. I've had this for about 6 months and it shows no wear. It holds several books, a computer and all the random other things I like to take with me every where.

Solid, Durable, Tons of Space, Slim Appearance, Stays Upright
March 2019 Update: Not a blemish, tear, rip, problem or issue with bag. Heavy travel use. Can pack (with laptop) 3 days of clothes easily assuming no extra shoes or heavy clothing for business trips. Great bag. Zero problems.March 2018: Just got it today and have immediate, positive impressions. I bought the 17" backpack. I like the external material in that it will be hard to scratch and damage. So far commuters, travelers and heavy users, it should retain its appearance. The interior has enough cushion to protect contents. The light gray comes off as a bit darker than online. Not complaining just saying so you know. Zippers and all compartments intact and look sturdy enough. I would have easily paid another $15-$20 for sturdier and better quality zippers but I don't think the materials now are inferior. Overall, with limited contents, the backpack pretty much stands upright and doesn't fall into itself. I don't expect that it will so if you like sturdier over flimsy, you'll like this. Pictures indicate slightly more accurate color of gray. And, note that I have NOTHING in the bag to support it being upright. it just stays that way. It may get more flexible over time (hope not) but I am doubting it will. Hoping this lasts a while as I love it so far. Only gave 4 stars as I'd like to see better zippers. The band across the lower back to go over your rolling suitcase is almost as wide as the backpack itself. That's a huge positive as I had to replace my old backpack because it had a limited width to go over my rolling luggage. I'm adding a carabiner to clip at the top of my rolling luggage handle to give added security (so backpack won't topple over when over the handle of rolling luggage). Inside, LOVE the fact you have two large compartments for books, laptop, tablets, papers, clothes, etc. without getting in the way of a compartment that has zippered areas for much smaller items. I bought this for work so I can travel with a laptop, extra pair of shoes, 1-2 nights of overnight stays and any minor amount of paper I will need to travel with. This backpack will accomplish that just fine. Also seems like you could get a little more in it as it will expand outward a decent amount.
