Excellent! As a person who currently wears standard metal braces, I honestly do not know how I would have coped without these Platypus flossers as these fit perfectly under your braces making it very quick and easy to floss throughout the day. I stumbled on these in the 2nd month of my orthodontic treatment and found these quickly became a vital part of my daily teeth cleaning routine. I mentioned these flossers to my orthodontist and she’d never heard of them which shocked me! Downside, unfortunately these are extremely pricey, ridiculously so in fact for flossers however, I still have to repeatedly purchase them as I’ve never seen these flossers anywhere else. These along with an electric Waterpik flosser and interdental brushes are a game changer for anyone wearing the original style metal fitted braces.

This Platypus Orthodontic Flosser makes flossing around my braces much easier and it is simple to use especially for getting into those difficult to reach areas. It feels comfortable and doesn’t take long to use, which makes it easier to keep up with my daily oral care routine. Overall, it is a very useful product for anyone with braces, I highly recommend it.

Great alternative for the traditional floss specifically if you are in rush

I couldn’t find any other flossers that actually did the job for braces, these are great for that. Would recommend, they’re essential for a good braces hygiene routine.

That said, they are a bit pricey for something that’s disposable, and the floss can occasionally shred if it catches on a bracket. Still, the convenience and time saved make them worth it — I just wish they were a little more affordable. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the floss can sometimes shred a little if it catches on a bracket, but overall, the convenience far outweighs that minor issue. Ik heb sindskort een beugel en deze tandenstokers zijn echt een uitvinding. Het vergt wel enige gewenning maar je leert snel hoe je het kan gebruiken. De prijs is wel wat aan de dure kant maar er zijn weinig alternatieven.

het is best een gedoe om het tussen de tanden te krijgen en bij heleboel tanden lukt dit zelfs niet door de hoek. Ook is de flosdraad best zwak en gaat het snel kapot - is dus veel geld voor die paar tanden waar het wel lukt...

Fantastic product. I wish I’d found these when I first got my braces over 12 months ago. The part where the floss strand is, has a thinner pointed bit that allows it to slip up under the braces wire, allowing the floss to actually go up between the teeth. Normal ones just hit the wire and do not go any further. Finally, I can do a proper flossing!!

These are so fantastic for braces! Both of my kids use these because they are much easier than the threaders the orthodontists give out. They are well made and seem like a good value.
