Croscill Bradney King Comforter Set, Red, 4 Piece

I had been waiting to make this exact purchase for many years, I was looking for a superior quality comforter, with deep rich reds, that did not have a cheap gaudy look, suitable for my Christmas décor. This was it!!!! I am so excited about this purchase. The weight is ideal. A cheap lightweight comforter for my beautifully decorated bedroom is not for me. This comforter straddled the perfect line between weight and sleeping comfort, while achieving the luxurious classic look of a high end bedroom. I have since gone out and purchased two Croscill comforters, one in pale beiges with hints of pale green, and one with bold brown paisley as the dominant feature. My compliments to Croscill

The brocade is stunning! The gold threads although flaxen, give an illusion of brushed gold. It is beautifully crafted and I could find absolutely nothing out of place, crimped or untidily stitched! The weight is substantial but not crushing. The shams are zippered with precision stitching. You would have to look very close to even notice the zipper placement. The pattern is precise on each piece. Extremely high quality for a very reasonable price!!

The brocade fabric is beautiful and rich looking. The gold is a very shiny gold but not in a bad way. It is a very heavy weight, warm comforter so it may have to be changed out for the warm months. I have a cat who sleeps at the foot of the bed and so far there is no signs of snags. And the price was great!

It looks and feels luxurious. I love the color and the texture. It’s very soft on the inside and it’s more tough fabric on the outside. I think that’s how it supposed to be. Love this set! Very well made, great quality. Wish they still had the matching curtains.

Great quality and feels so comfortable. At first I thought it looked a bit too bold for my liking but turns out I actually love it. I feel like I’m in a fancy hotel but it’s my bedroom!! Couldn’t be any better :)

however, with standard size box springs and a 14" king size mattress, it needs to be about 4 inches wider. Other than that, I really like it.

Love this comforter set! Just as beautiful as it looks in the picture. Impressive high quality fabric. King size was perfect for my Queen bed. I highly recommend this comforter. Absolutely no drawbacks or regrets. I would definitely purchase it again. Well worth the price.

I like the color and quality, but it was heavy to sleep in. Would work for those that use for sleepless anxiety.
