Awful machine
I bought this hoover based on the reviews, however my experience has been the polar opposite to most of them.Easy to assemble, and the app downloaded acceptably. These are the only plus points. When it was working it struggled to get back to the charging emptying base even before it stopped working. It didn’t empty more than half of the dust canister at any point.Even the smallest, almost square room with only one minor obstruction completely baffled it. It cleaned approximately 1/4 of the room and then refused to touch the rest, just repeatedly going over the cleaned part. Using the app, the remote control or manually carrying it to where I required to go, still resulted in it returned to the completed area. Having to stand over it and manually move it to I cleaned areas rather defeats the purpose of having a robot vacuum. The mopping did actually work eventually, however it took 3 or 4 times across the floor until any liquid started to be released. After approximately 5 uses it stopped returning to the base when it needed to be recharged/emptied every time, but it did recharge if manually lifted onto the base. After another week it no longer managed to find the base at all. It did not empty or charge even if lifted on, all sensors were cleaned, all dust boxes emptied by hand, rollers and brushes removed and thoroughly cleaned. This made no difference to the performance. On requesting a return, I have been informed that if it comes back looking used then I will not receive a full refund. This despite the fact that it is clearly not fit for purpose, and no longer works! Worst robotic hoover I have ever encountered (this is my third). I also have to fully repackage and take to a post office to return, as Amazon no longer pick things up.If I could have given 0 stars, I would have.

My lige saver
I had it more then a year now. Still good as new. Never turned me down. It hovers all the house before i wake up. I would say its better then normal hovers it picks up all the dead skin. I have tested it after hovering with Henry and this still picked up more dirt

Great upgrade from old model
I upgraded from the basic Bagotte robot vacuum and it's quite the improvement. The hoover itself is quieter than the old one for starters. It is also noticeable how much cleaner the floors as well. The clearance is higher too, I have quite high thresholds between the rooms and the old machine would either get stuck, or completely clatter over the top (probably why it stopped working after two years). Also, the front brushes haven't come off and been left around the house which is a bonus.I like the station cleaning out the vacuum as well, it actually works and is not a novelty. But the same can't really be said for the mopping option. The tank is tiny and obviously you need to manually refill it. It sort of cleans ok, but for the effort of refilling it, I think I would rather mop the floor myself after the hoover has been round and know I've done a half decent job.But for the money, I would highly recommend this machine.

Works well but replacement consumables not available
First robot cleaner we've tried and been very happy with it. Easy to set up and does a decent job in vacuum and mop mode.Would have more stars if consumables comparable with it were available.Dust bags are but at £40 for 8 (at review date) they might as well not be as that is ridiculous price. Replacement filter, brushes and roller for this model not currently available.Comes with a few spares but once these are used this robot then becomes useless.

Decent
The media could not be loaded. A decent entry level robotic cleaner. It certainly has all the tricks but just falls short in their execution. As a stand alone vacuum it is ok in that it can usually find its way around a few rooms but it appears to be mostly by trial and error. The suction is good without being great but again this is reflected in the very low price. It is not great at working out any complex obstacles but if you have clear floors (and no tassels on your rugs!) you should be ok. Whereas the external collecting bin works well the map function is more of a gimmick when compared with some of the more expensive ones. Hope this helps!

Regret returning
I was afraid robot vacuum would suck up my curtains. I didn't know how to use it.I wish I could get it back. 😪

Excellent value and functionality
Excellent filters! I like the fact that they fit perfectly and are easy to install. The first one we used for a month and I could tell a real difference in the air quality. I really like the quietness and effectiveness of this filter unit for our child’s room.

No more sweeping sand at our beach condo! Phew!
The media could not be loaded. Last year, we retired to the beaches of SC. What we didn’t think about, is that we’d be sweeping sand every day from the floors, and vacuuming the carpets! After a year of doing this, I finally gave in and decided to get a robot vacuum! I can say that this is a lifesaver (ok, a little over dramatic), and have been using this daily since we got it.The details: Setting up this bad boy was simple. The hardest part (literally) was getting to the plug behind the tv console to power it up. Instructions were laid out easily and concise. Only spot to put it in was where the dog bed was, sorry Riley.. you never used the bed anyway! (He watches the vacuum with intensity though). The only assembly needed is popping on the two little brushers, which snap into place. You get a couple extras in the box. The vacuum sits on the charger, which was placed against the wall, and the little icon on top turned red for charging. The remote control is simplistic, and really aside from putting in the batteries, all I had to do was set the time.Usage is simple, and there are multiple settings. If you leave the house, you can just hit the auto button, and it does it’s thing while you’re away. It’s a random pattern and will turn when it bumps into things. It’s a very slight bump, so it won’t do damage to anything. You definitely want to make sure you don’t have cables or fringes that can get caught up in the brushes underneath. If you do have those type of items, the unit comes with a magnetic strip that you can place under a rug (for example) and prevent the vacuum from going over that line. We are on one level, so didn’t need to be concerned with steps. We have a plush area rug on hardwood, and the vacuum did the transition with ease, as you can see on the video.. Our preferable method of using the vacuum is setting the timer to the middle of the night. It’s not loud at all, so it has no affect on us sleeping. Once in a while, it would bump into the dog at night, who we can hear moving around sometimes. There are features such as spot cleaning, which doesn’t work for us since we have a smaller place. In that case, you would literally put the vacuum on the center of the area and hit the appropriate button on the remote control. The vacuum would then just move in a spiral from where placed. I can see this as a great option if you have a large room. For heavier debris, there is a boost available, to increase the suction power. We haven’t had the need to use this feature yet, so can’t really comment on it.The vacuum runs for about 100 minutes (presumably less with boost on) and then finds its way to the docking station to recharge. Once time it got caught up under some chair legs and couldn’t get out, but I guess that’s to be expected once in a while.Cleaning is simple and easy. A thumb release opens up the dust tray, which is dumped in the garbage. There’s a filter there (and you get an extra in the box) which can be brushed out (they give you a brush for that) or rinsed out. Underneath the unit has the scrubber brush (like on a normal vacuum), and that pops out very easily if you need to clean that. Sometimes thread can be wound up on it, which would be normal for any vacuum. The vacuum fits perfectly underneath the couch, which we rarely get to if doing by hand. It has an edging feature that will have it run along the edges. The little fan brushes on the sides kick out any debris to be sucked up.While I’m typing this review, I had the vacuum going around, as I didn’t run it last night due to guests in the house (didn’t want them tripping on it in the middle of the night in case they got up). The image of what it picked up is included as well (I swear we don’t have a dirty house!).Bottom line: Let’s be real... vacuuming is not a hard job. Sweeping not hard to do. But no reason to let a robot do that job and save your time... especially if you’re by the beach! Get it and you’ll be surprised how much easier your day can be..

Great Air Filter
I love this air filter. Just wish I could get the replacement filters for it.
