Q: do you get the foreend plate( to go into the frame round the door) with this product or does one need to order it separately?

Hi the Yale Y60 is reversible. put a Flat Screw driver in the hole directly behind the latch into the slot, push and turn the screw driver Clockwise, the latch will pop out appx 3mm and you will rotate the latch 180 degrees, the latch is now reversed. remove the pressure from the screw driver and remove the screw driver.
