Q: Can I buy an extra cover for the 10" elevation pillow?

you would have to ask the company. the cover has a zipper and you can remove it for washing. perhaps if you wanted to keep it clean, you might place a towel or a pillow case over the pillow. but it seems to be washable, if you just unzip the cover. i have had it and using it for several weeks . it does not seem to be dirty. i use it at night, so i am in nightclothes, not street clothes. i really like it.

Q: Can this go under the covers?

Haha! You are going to need a long blanket or sheet if you plan to tuck it. And it will press on your toes which is uncomfortable. My husband uses a soft fleece blanket which is not tucked in. It drapes down over his feet but doesn’t constrict his toes and still provides plenty of warmth. BTW the cover is washable!

The pillow has a zippered cover you can remove to clean it.

Q: will this also help someone thats usually been sleeping in a recliner because they been getting arm and hand numbess?

It seems The person’s Dr would be the 1st person to consult about this situation. I think you’re stating that the person is sleeping in the recliner because of arm and hand numbness they get sleeping elsewhere? When ever I’ve gotten numbness it been from circulation being cut off. I’ve gotten it from falling asleep sitting up w my legs crossed, for a too tight Ace bandage, or a cat sleeping on me. In all the years I’ve used a leg elevation wedge, the only time my leg/s have gotten tingly is when I’ve napped w support hose still on. And they aren’t supposed to be slept in.
