Hell, these are 1 mm thick at the toe, 1.5 mm at the arch, and 1 cm thick at the heel.

Is this product good for plantar fasciitis?

These did not help my plantar fasciitis. They are made to give relief from morton's neuroma (ball of foot). Look for orthotics with good arch support to help with plantar fasciitis.
