Again, I’ve tried a few other supplements from Strength &Spices so when my dad text me saying how high his blood pressure reading was, I immediately ordered these for him to take.He’s gotten himself an at-home blood pressure monitor and already we are seeing a slight improvement in the numbers. I certainly won't be buying these again.
My husband had 1 of these capsules & felt very sick for rest of day. Has anyone else had problems with these capsules? I don't think they deserve a star at all. very disappointing, especially as they weren't cheap.

Beautiful product that reduced my blood pressure with no side effect
I don’t take medication. R cently My blood pressure was 155/98 and Dr prescribed medicine to reduce it. I refused to take medication. I was told about strength and spices that they do natural mixtures so I chanced this product all I can say WOW. After 4 weeks my blood pressure is kept 120/82. It’s my companion since. I am over the moon of the results. I Highly recommend it.
