Glad I didn’t go for the £35 alternative I had my eye on, this is an incredible bargain, I’ve used Velcro to mount this onto my bicycle handle bars as I use my iPhone on a chest mount for cycle touring and with this I can start and stop the video camera app without taking my hands off the bars no lag at all and worked out of the box with no connection issues. It is unlikely to be weather proof but I’m not expecting it to be and you get two in the box, with batteries and wrist straps. It’s not fancy but if you want a remote iPhone camera app remote shutter then this more than does the job

What a brilliant little gadget this is. Following the instructions provided in the enclosed booklet that was in the box along with the 2 remotes. It was a simple matter to pair via Bluetooth with my inexpensive Android phone. Once done your device will ‘see’ the remote when the Bluetooth is activated on both the remote and phone the next time you want to use it. The response appears to be instantaneous whether taking stills or video. Where we use this mostly is for taking photos of me and the wife when we are stood in front of a scene or architecture that we are visiting at that time. One of us holds the phone up and the other one presses the remote when the picture is composed to our liking. I have often had trouble seeing or pressing the button at the right moment to include enough of the background scenery particularly if we are looking towards the sun. These little remotes are brilliant and for what they cost they are unbelievable value for money.

Easy to connect to phone. Work great. Good price. Great for people like me who are disabled and have trouble holding and working the phone for pictures. Can hold the phone in one hand and use this remote in the other hand making it a breeze to take pictures.

Great little gadget easy to connect works well the only thing that would make this better is if you could use this remote to work the zoom function and switch between photo and video.

Not experienced it in the field just yet ,for wildlife digiscoping but connected it to my iPhone and it worked brilliantly. Outstanding value

I bought a SmallRig remote shutter release for double the price of this - and you get TWO in this pack. It paired first time with my tablet and is very easy to use. You literally slide the on switch, fire up your camera app and you're ready to go. No messing. Would have been happy with just one for this price, so the 2nd is a bonus :)

These are great and better than a selfie stick. Allows you to set up phone camera and take the picture when you are ready - not rushing for a 10 second timer.

These are fantastic! Super easy to connect to your device. Nice and small so you can easily 'palm' it in your hand if you are taking a picture of yourself and the 'clicker' won't be visible in the image. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
