Dirt Gems: Plant Oracle Deck and Guidebook

I have been waiting for months to finally receive and work with this oracle, Dirt Gems, and spoiler, it’s fantastical! I received my order this morning and as soon as I saw the Ring notification I sprinted to my front door! Lol.I love the artwork, the guidebook, and I already feel a wonderful and budding connection. I do not have anything quite like Dirt Gems in my collection and I look so forward to working with this beautiful Oracle for many, many moons ahead. Highly recommend! I am thrilled this Oracle went Mass Market so many others who missed out on the indie version can now have the opportunity to work with this deck!

I LOVE this deck and was SO excited to get it as a mass market deck. It’s absolutely gorgeous and includes an array of powerful, recognizable plants. I highly recommend the deck itself, which is filled with potential uses and insights.The publisher clearly paid attention to the needs/asks of the tarot consuming public regarding packaging; the interior card holder is not glued and is removable, revealing a beautiful pattern on the inside. Because the deck is in a tuck box, you have options about how to store the deck and book. The cardstock is a little stiff, but will become more nimble with time. The matte gold gilding is lovely & doesn’t rub off.Sadly, it arrived with the box busted at the seams on the bottom. I was devastated. The damage extended to the interior of the box where the guidebook had been crushed at the top corner, too. Oddly there was also some damage from the process of packing it, as the interior tuck box had a tear on the inside flap and the bottom of the box had been damaged, as well. As much as I hate the excess and waste of all of this, I’m loathe to return it. I’m also really irritated that hard earned money for a spiritual item feels somehow…disrespected or degraded by the process. Amazon— tarot and oracle decks CANNOT be sent in bubble wrap bags! Bad things happen to them that way!

This is my favorite deck and I’ve introduced it to many friends. It is a constant source of comfort to me as well as guidance. The words and guidance it provides is simply beautiful. When I have a hard time it knows exactly the medicine I need to sooth me. What a gift.

From the stunning imagery to the channeled communications of each plant I feel like I’m being guided by spirit and called deeper in connection with the plant world with individual pieces of art. As a long time lover of plant medicine, I use this deck to deepen my connection to the plant spirit world. This is a must have for all plant enthusiasts, witches and herbalists (as if they are separate?) Who wouldn’t love gold embossed edges on top of it all!

I love this deck! It is spot on every time I draw a card - the readings I do seem to hone right in on what matters. The images are gorgeous and I spend many long minutes gazing at the art and getting lost in the details, which reflect the insightful, concise writing about each plant. I can really feel the authors' connections with the plant world and the wisdom they channel. I've given this deck as a gift to several loved ones and they all adore it as much as I do. Highly recommend!!

Full disclosure: This is my second copy of this deck. I bought my first copy directly from the creators when it was a self-published deck. It quickly became one of my favourites. Why? The combination of bright, evocative art along with a guidebook that focuses on what might be stirring inside you rather than on direct predictions make this a deck I find myself turning to quite often. When I saw that it was coming out in a mass market edition I jumped at the chance to have a "back up" (one of only 2). I was very pleasantly surprised by the production quality of this mass market edition. It comes in a sturdy box, with a tuck box inside (great for tossing into a bag or if storage space is tight). The edges are gilded in a lovely, matte gold. The card stock manages to be both sturdy and easy to shuffle (even riffle shuffling). I would highly recommend this deck to anyone interested in plant medicine. Great job, Anne and Chelsea (and RP Studio - this is my first deck of yours and I am very pleased with it)!

無事に届きました。ありがとうございました。しかし、外箱の2か所が破れていました。Shrink wrapがされていないので余計に箱にダメージが。実に残念です。なので、星をひとつ減らしました。カードの絵柄は、元のindie デッキの2nd editionと同じですが、エッジングがマットなゴールドで(indieの方はピカピカのゴールドのエッジングが施されています）カードストックもindieと比べると若干厚みがあります。ガイドブックはカラーで(indieの方は白黒です）綺麗です。外箱が2か所敗れていましたが、中のタックボックスは大丈夫でした。(あ~ 悲しい！)Wanderer's Tarot とペアリングしてみようと思います。
