Love this laptop backpack, it's price, and the interior design layout allowing for multiple storage options. Unfortunately, the hand strap on the backpack I ordered 6-months ago broke and I emailed the vendor asking if they had a return/warranty policy? They answered my question within 24 hours and after requesting a photo of the issue, promptly dispatched a brand new one, no questions asked. Fabulous customer service. The product is great and I would recommend to anyone. Just remember that it's designed to carry lightweight stuff such as papers, laptop, files, etc and not heavy books as that might have been the issue I had.

light and slim, enough room for my lunch, water bottle, umbrella, books, folders, 15'' laptop plus all the bits and bots. Looks smart, comfortable to carry, I'm really happy with it.

Love it! Gets loads in without looking or feeling bulky. Pockets are great for organising cables and bits 'n' bobs.

Item broke after 1 week of moderate use after lifting by black fabric handle. Shoulder strap has come away as a result. Suggests either poor design quality or defective construction. Was away on holiday meaning could not return or exchange. Would not recommend

That nice shiny handle you see on the pics is actually really poor quality matt plastic. No studs on the base so it will get worn very quickly. Laptop pocket fine but rest not designed with standard peripherals in mind. Wanted a quality bag to replace the standard style - this is NOT it.

Used for work, fits a lot without becoming bulky. Could fit larger laptop quite easily.
