This one is effective. It has a blend of things that make the iron very absorbable so it's not a waste, and it does not cause constipation, although it may darken fecal matter. It definitely increases energy to a more normal feeling, and grip strength as well as more normal body warmth consistency. I'm glad I looked around at many kinds before deciding, and checked what makes an iron supplement effective and easier on the body. This is a quality option, and if you want to get results, you can't pick some cheap junk. You get what you pay for here.

These are great! No side effects at all. Feel fine when I take them and no constipation either. No bad taste at all. Easy to take and great value for the money compared to others that are selling online.

I had very low Ferritin and Iron in January. I was feeling horrible (In Perimenopause). I tried 3 different iron pills before I found Thorne. I had horrible stomach issues or constipation with the other iron. I was ready to give up on finding Iron in a pill because honestly having stomach issues every day is another kind of stress on the body. These aren’t perfect on stomach but the best so far. I was taking Vitamin C, Iron and B12 all separate so it’s nice to have it all in one pill. I have also changed my diet to add more iron and vitamin C. I haven’t had my levels checked again, but after 4 months I feel human again, energy back, no more hair loss. I take them every other day and on the Opposite Day take my multivitamin.

I love how small the capsules are which make them easy to take. Additionally these have such a high dose of iron which I need as I have iron deficiency anemia. However, even though it’s said that this is easier on the stomach, I’ve been experiencing some constipation while taking them. I’ve been using them for approximately 5 weeks and I take them with a vitamin c capsule. I drinks lots of water daily, eat lots of fruits and have a pretty good diet. Before starting these I’d have regular bowel movements of at least once every day. Since starting them it’s been far less frequent. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels and I’m no longer as fatigue as I used to be. Also noticed some color coming back to the palm of my hands and below my eyes so they are working. Still I’m not sure that I would repurchase because the constipation is uncomfortable. I was looking for a quality iron supplement that wouldn't break the bank or make me constipated. These are amazing. I found out my iron was significantly low 10/25...i just retested 5/26 and I am out of the danger zone. I usually take 2 a day.

This Iron Complex has no side effects that I have felt. I needed to increase my iron and this has worked. It is a good value and is so easy to swallow the pill. I do feel a little better. It does not taste bad.

I have been using Thorne Ferrasorb for two months now and while intially it worked great and I felt so much better and the pills were gentle on stomach, with no side effects, the second month didn't work well. I am now getting hurt burns and nasty metallic taste after taking the pills, even with food or after full tummy.

The only Iron supplements that doesn’t upset the stomach
