Honest review after using it for almost a month 1. ANC is of no use its better to keep it off . 2. Bass is the key feature in this headphones and you'll not regret it . I have many JBL speakers and never thought of purchasing a headphones, but these Skullcandy headphones are just amazing for bass lovers . 3.People say that at full volume the highs becomes distorted but i dont feel it cause at the full volume the bass and crushers are at 100% and for obvious reasons people purchase the crushers for the bass then wyd someone expect equal amount of highs and bass at the same time . 4. Battery is pretty good. Ill say one of the best in segment . 5. Call quality is average dont expect much from a bassy headphones Verdict - if someone is really a bass head the go for it . Its the best in the whole headphones market . These headphone will make your ears and soul vibrate.

Pros Unrivaled Bass: There is literally nothing else on the market that "kicks" like this. Incredible Battery: 50 hours is top-tier for the price point. Physical Controls: Tactile buttons and a scroll wheel are much more reliable than touch sensors. Multipoint Pairing: Smoothly switch between your laptop and phone. Cons Weight: Noticeably heavier than Bose or Sony. Average ANC: If your primary goal is silence, these aren't the winners. No Auto-Pause: No sensors to pause music when you take them off.

The sound quality is too notch. This is better than Sony and JBL. The bass is booming whereas the treble outshines which is the best thing.

This review is based on 1 day of usage. (Update 1, after 6 days usage, at the bottom) (Update 2, after 15 days of usage, at bottom) So after using skullcandy hesh, hesh 2, oneodio, xm3 and ultwear. I ended up buying Crusher anc2 after my ultwear broke in 9 months. Probably anyone buying crusher anc2, have also considered ultwear. My review will be based on comparing the two from my experience. So first impressions, crusher anc 2 has good built quality, design, fit and comfort compared to ultwear, ultwear has default mechanical fault such that sony provides extended warranty for it. Crusher has better build, doesn't look cheap, is few grams heavier, fits more snuggly over ears, a lot of reviews complain about top overhead cushion being hard/uncomfortable, but I guess they have changed that, it's soft and comfy. Earpads cushion are also more comfy than ultwear. Ultwear feels bit thin but not with crusher they feel thick and comfy. Also on head, ultwear protude too much out of head, looks a bit weird, Crusher looks refined and part of you when wearing. Now onto sound quality. Overall I'd put skullcandy above ultwear, most people considering this are bassheads and for that alone Crusher is far ahead. Like ultwear's ult mode 2(it's highest) is 10-15% of crusher's sensory bass. So if all you want is bass then pick crusher without further ado. But for most like me bass isn't the only factor, I personally like bit more bass in my songs and movies. Now Ultwear has got enough bass, like for most people it's ult mode 1 is enough in most usgae. But crusher takes it a level ahead, you literally feel a home theatre woofers, that effect is amazing and an entirely different thing. You can increase and decrease that as per content. Now I didn't expect this, but I listened to different songs on both ultwear and crusher, and crusher actually has much much more vocal clarity than ultwear, and while ultwear's ult mode often muddies other instruments, Crusher does a good job with this, even at 15-20% level the bass is a lot and you can hear other instruments quite clearly and above all the vocals are much clear on Crusher. In the end it's a personal choice, many find ultwear better in overall sound quality. I like Crusher, with enough tweaking on the app with personalized sound(select softer after the test), customised EQ, you can create the right balance of sound.( Apple music app used on both ios and android, YouTube music app used on both ios and android. Apple music dolby and high res lossless on and EQ off) Can't say about battery at this point, Ultwear wear used to last me about 3-4 days heavy usage and ANC off. It's only been a day but feels like battery will last longer on Crusher. (Battery update in end) Now all the CONS of Crusher Even though I love the design and physical buttons, ultwear has mix of both buttons and touch, while crusher has buttons only, which are of decent quality. Crusher should have included touch as well. Like in ultwear you just place your palm on the earcup and transparency mode turns on in less than a second, remove your palm and it turns off, you take headphones off and ultwear pauses the content put it back on and it plays automatically for crusher you'll have to toggle the switch for transparency mode. The worst part about Crusher is the skullcandy app, it's horrible on both ios and Android. It crashes sometimes, sometimes it won't work properly on dual connection, a lot of times the crusher level is a mismatch between wheel on headphones and slider through app, the EQ options are far less than others and sony ult wear, there's no power off function in app like sony, the battery level shown on app and anounced on headphones and displayed in Bluetooth connection on phone are all 3 different, with difference of 5-10%. The overall app and headphone tweaking functions are far less in skullcandy than what sony gives in it's app. Skullcandy covers the basics but just the basics and nothing more, the app interface is also very lousy and not refined as Sony is. Skullcandy should remove the term ANC from its model name, it's a joke here. Ultwear isn't all that great but it's ANC is far better than Crusher. But hear me out, thing is when you play something on crusher whether you have anc on or off, you will barely hear anything outside. So I guess the way earpads fit to your ear in crusher they create a natural good basic ANC. But yeah ANC function is a joke on crusher, keep it off, save battery, the design alone works well enough that you won't hear outside noise much at 50% volume. Like I had the headphones on, a tv show playing at about 55% volume, ANC off, bass Crusher set to about 15%, the show had normal dialogues and background music without much bass playing and I didn't know my robot vaccum cleaner was working in my room till it came into my view. Crusher doesn't come with a case anymore, but they give a really nice pouch. Ultwear comes in a sleak case of good quality. So that was it. Even though I overall find crusher to be better than ultwear I have given 4/5, for it has less functions, no touch, poor app, higher price than ultwear, but in long term usage it has much much better build quality, looks, fit and sound quality which I believe for a headphone are more important. I'm a very careful user and even then my ultwear broke in 9 months. UPDATE 1 Okay so after 6 days of usage. I'm in absolutely love with these, these are the type of headphones I always wanted, they have the sound profile that I prefer, I haven't watched much movies yet with these, mostly songs of all kind and tv shows. Using apps on both android and iOS, apps like Netflix, jiohotsar, apple music, youtube music , youtube. Okay so about sound profile. After tweaking and adjusting several settings, eq, modes etc. I have landed on what I prefer for most content, just tweaking bass crusher for different content. The settings I have tweaked are the phone equaliser for both my android and iOS devices, for YouTube music and Apple music on both devices, and ofcourse the settings on Skullcandy app. Can't describe all the settings. But I would definitely recommend to go through personal sound on the Skullcandy app, I have kept the intensity at 100 and chosen softer option. Now I have crystal clear vocals, I keep the crusher level between 5-20%, volume at 40-60%, absolutely lovely unique bass, and without much muddying of other instruments. I have always wanted such sound profile on my headphones, and I regret not buying them last year and instead bought ultwear. Ofcourse everyone has different preferences. I hope this review can help you select the right ones. These are also much better looking, much much more sturdier, fits better and lasts longer (battery) compared to ultwear. UPDATE 2 I finally managed to calculate how much battery backup it gives me. Like I mentioned earlier ANC is useless in this headphone. So over several days, it gave me approx 70 hours of backup, ANC off, volume at about 50-60%, Crusher between 5-20%. This battery backup is much higher than ultwear.

Best Bass headphones that you can buy. Skullcandy candy sensory bass has always been good, but in ANC 2, they have really refined it. It's more awesome than ever before 1. App support is very good. Even better than Sennheisers. 2. Loads of customisation options available. I would highly suggest to try personalised sound option in app, it auto adjust the headphones according to our hearing ability. It really works wonders. 3. Headphones are sturdy and comes with good pouch. If you are going to use them during gym, then I would suggest you to wipe them after use. The material of the ear pads is prone to moisture damage. It will start to come off after sometime if you didn't took care of it. Let it dry after your session or you can use moisture absorber. 4. Grip and camping force is also good. The only negative of this headphone is that you will start to feel discomfort on top part of your head where the headphones middle part rest. The cushioning on that part is way to hard that you will feel pressure on that area after some time. Just go for it. You won't regret it. Cheers !!!

Son muy buenos, y mejor balanceados que la versión anterior, primero que nada he probado los Sony xm5, los jbl tour One m3 y na, no me divierten como estos, actualmente tengo unos bowers and wilkins px7 S2e, obviamente la construcción de materiales y sonido es muy superior pero estos crusher anc2 soy muy divertidos en mi caso para ver películas o ver tik tok, me encantan, los bowers los uso más para escuchar música o para jugar en el PC, los bowers si tienen bajos pero si los configuras con un Dac como que se saturan y suenan feos y estos me gustan como vibran y su bajo, hay de todo pero a mí forma siento que encontré el equilibrio perfecto o lo que tanto buscaba, uno para bajo y retumbe y otro para calidad de sonido, igual uso iems para gaming y para salir mis Huawei free buds pro 5, pero personalmente si es nada más para que tengas solo uno, vente por estos antes que unos Sony xm5, son muy chidos pero sus materiales son muy chafas, mejor estos o si tienes posibilidad unos bowers o existen marcas con mejores materiales y calidad de sonido por el precio

طلب السماعة وكانت في منتهى الروعة والصراحة في خلال اسبوعين طلبت عدة سماعات وارجاع وزحمة وكنت الا مصر اصرار كبير اني القى سماعة تضاهي صوت سماعة ابل (( الاذن )) في جودة وعلي الصوت واخيرا حصلت هذه السماعة في البيس عالي وصوت جودة وصافي وتقدر تنزل تطبيق اكولايزر وتتحكم في صفاوة الصوت أكثر وبصراحة تم طلب سماعة beats pro و سماعة JBL وكلها كانت صفاوة صوت ولكن الجهير فيها منخفص وانا من محبي الصوت العالي الجهوري مع البيس وحصلتها في هذه السماعة اخيرا وشكرا لكم وعلى فكرة توها توها واصلتني وحبيت اوصلكم تجربتي وشكرا لكم

I purchased the SkullCandy Crusher ANC-2 after reading many reviews....starting with the 1- & 2-Star reviews. I don't feel the need to read good reviews if I can be content with the bad reviews. Many of the bad and/or negative reviews I read were either about: - Bass overpowering/ inadequate ability to adjust - Noise Cancelling didn't work well enough - Comfort - The 'matte' finish got blemished too easily So to quickly touch on the BEST points about the SkullCandy Crusher ANC-2. - ***** BLUETOOTH Distance WELL OVER 175+ FEET AWAY. Tested this over a 10-minute period in open, unobstructed line-of-sight........and over 60+ feet within a house, many rooms away. - ***** SOUND QUALITY is Clear, Crisp, and seems to auto-adjust (not sure if it does or not) for the music I am listening to....and I listen to pretty much all of the major genres...i.e. Rock, Rap, Country, and even Electronic Dance Music (EDM)....sounds great with all! - ***** COMFORT fit and holds to the head whether you are working out or working in the yard, the SkullCandy Crusher ANC-2 maintains comfortability! - ***** BATERY LIFE IS PHENOMENAL!!!! After my initial charge, I wore the SkullCandy Crusher ANC-2 for a full day (8-hours of play time) and only used 20% of the battery....so the following day, I wore for about another full day again and used 20%....CRUSHER told me I had 60% battery remaining after 2-days of use. - ***** HANDS-FREE Voice control and SK app makes connecting to music easy once set-up properly! As for what most reviews "complained" about....I didn't see an issue with any of them really! - The intensity of the "Crusher" Bass 'can' be turned up/down, however it should be noted that the dial that rolls, also needs to be PUSHED in to make adjustments to bass output....but this is NOT like the "BASS KNOB" on your car radio....meaning, you can not adjust the bass the near-0...or even to a "4-level", to be honest. The headphones are made to put a bit more bass-bump into your ears. PERFECT for gym time and those audiophiles! - I mentioned my thoughts about comfort above. - The MATTE FINISH IS THE BEST!!!!....(for me!) I have a pretty active lifestyle that includes wearing around the house....doing yard work....driving tractors and backhoes...gardening...etc. In the short time (2-1/2 weeks) I have had the SkullCandy Crusher ANC-2, I have dropped (or otherwise) them numerous times. The matte finish has never scratched, as I fear a "glossy finish" would have, making imperfections more obvious. I just take a disinfectant wipe to clean the headphones. - I feel MANY PEOPLE who "complained" about the ANC "noise cancelling" feature not working are CONFUSED as to what this is exactly! This DOES NOT mean that these headphones completely "soundproof" your ears!!! AND THIS ESPECIALLY doesn't work if you have no sound coming through the headphones at all!!! If you want those headphones, you're better off looking in an aviation-pilot store somewhere. BUT the ANC feature does do it's job in cancelling outside noise while listeninng to tunes at an adequate level. ---- BTW...I'm not one to ever write reviews for products, but I have been legitimately blown away by the SkullCandy Crusher ANC 2, that I felt a need to counter some of the negative reviews that made me ponder my decision to buy.
