Impressive product! While it may take time for visible results, after just one week, I've noticed increased firmness in my jawline and improved overall facial shape. Its compact size makes it suitable for any mouth size.

I'm not sure what I was expecting but the comfort level isn't the greatest. of course there are two hunks of rubber stuffed in your cheeks. Be aware they do generate a lot of slobber but they are effective.

I chewed all the way them them in about 8 weeks, but they were decent while they lasted. For this price, I can't find a better bargain. My biggest problem is the choking hazard. These are exactly the right size to block your airway. Use with caution.

Should have known better with all the photos only of young body builders with sexy looks at one another. ugh. The sales pics in the listing show to boil first to fit...how, fit in what way? Which side to bite down on? a plain box, no directions, three colors described above as "weight" and then what? Luckily not very expensive but gees, just give us some directions! If you don't want to waste paper then put it in the sales pitch above! Wait, went back over the page again and they've stolen images that include someone with a Jawzrsize t-shirt and round jaw exerciser...Wow. Thought spending an hour going over reviews and prices was enough. Nope.

This is cheap and terrible. I've had these for less than 2 months and all three "difficulties" are cracked and falling apart. Don't get these. Get something else. Anything else.

These are pretty sturdy! They haven’t broken or split, and they are easy to clean and have a good carrying case. Blue is the easiest, then Red is medium hard then black is hardest. As far as them shaping my jaw structure, I can’t speak to that as I am not compliant. But I can definitely feel it working my muscles after about 10-20 reps so it would def work if you are compliant ha!

Tried just chewing on them and found that did not feel good on my teeth at all. Started doing a squeeze and hold reps approach and really felt the burn in my jaw and cheek muscles. Too soon to really tell results but feel like getting somewhere.
