Excellent easy to use health tracker !
Bought to replace a fitbit Charge 5 that just gave up after 2 years. Admittedly my husband has worn his constantly on building sites etc so it lasted well! Swimming in the sea probably messed it up🤣 So we decided to try the updated Charge 6 as we were so happy with the Charge 5 Incredibly easy to set up in minutes. Takes a day or so to collect your info before it can give accurate tracking details. It is so light to wear uou forget you are wearing it The Charge 6 is very similar to the 5. Updated obviously. Added Google wallet, Google maps & you tube music. Accurately records Steps Distance covered. Heart rate Calories Active zone minutes Oxygen saturation (sp02) High & low heart rate notifications ECG app Notifications Sleep tracker Find my phone Cardio fitness level Alarms Sleep stsges & score Stress management score I was sceptical when we first purchased but we would never be without now. Interesting how accurate the Sleep tracker is. I made a point of noting times awake over a week & it was spot on !!! Also quite handy when uou think you haven't slept at all. The stats show times & duration of awake, rem, light & deep sleep. Quite surprising too. Also my husband was alerted that he was having arterial fibrillation at night. His heart rate was soaring. Thanks to that alert he was checked out & now on medication. Think everyone should wear one! We have only tried the fitbit no other brand. Why would we change when the product is good quality Competitively priced. Great looking. Unobtrusive. Light weight. Most of all seems very accurate! Six months free trial premium membership . Uou can cancel at anytime.

I'm alive and I have proof
I'm not expert at these devices but I can't tell you that it measures everything well (at least consistently). You get a free subscription to the full Fitbit experience for a while then it stops. It's not really necessary anyway. One hiccup I found is that it DOESN'T WORK OVER TATTOOS, no heart readings so I had to change arms and have it point where there's no ink. Also you have to have YouTube premium if you want to listen to music and also not many Fitbit apps compatible. I later subscribed to YouTube and it doesn't connect 90% of the time saying can't find phone which is next to it with both Fitbit and YouTube running. Too distracting when you're running. But if like me you just want to see if you're dying and how much sleep and exercise you get, it works great. My high street bank accounts won't allow me to use the Google wallet on this device. If that's something you want, check see if it's compatible first. As it's a new device in the line I'm kinda hoping for more apps to become available but it works as is, without adding anything. Some stuff like ECG and sleep doesn't show until you sync the app, not a biggy but I wandered why. It does show a live heart rate though which is perfect. I feel like the app could have more detail to it, it's easy to see an overview but I'd like have more control and views over the data, seems a bit basic. Worth 5 stars as it functions as expected and has a decent battery life and consistency. I don't think it has value for money, 60-80 quid would be it's value imo. Tho it's better than the copies because it shows a live heartbeat, which is about all it has going for it over them. Brightness is great.

Comfortable and reliable.
A nice watch, works well with the app. Fits comfortably, and is accurate with the step counts, pulse, etc. The sleep tracker is also handy.

The ECG tracker was the deciding feature
As a first-time user and being over 70, I wanted an easy to use, convenient tracker for general health monitoring. The critical feature for me was the in-built ECG tracker. The other features I considered were all OK, may be useful. After several days of being unable to get the ECG tracker to work, I was on the point of sending it back. Google searches helped resolve the issue. After several weeks use, I am now delighted with tracker. The most informative features for me are the ECG tracker and the sleep pattern plus heart rate, SPO2 etc. (The skin temperature records around -2C but since the app states this in my normal range I do not get over-concerned about this. I have, I think, enabled skin temperature readings.) The problem with the ECG Tracker not working was the "Location" was blank. (The ECG tracker is only enabled in certain countries inc. UK.) It was difficult to find where to set the "Location". If I remember correctly, I had to log into the FitBit website. It was not a setting on the Tracker nor the app. Fitbit support were unable to assist, simply regurgitating Google found instructions on how to reset the tracker. Google also showed that I was not the only person having this problem nor the only one bemoaning the poor support from FitBit on this issue. In conclusion, I am delighted with the purchase and the insights it has given me regarding sleep patterns. I like the automated detections of sleep and activities because I would not have the inclination to set start / stop each time.

Save a little money and pick the used one
Bought at slightly reduced price, marked as used, minor imperfections. I can’t see any marks in it at all, it’s perfect. This is an upgrade from my Charge 5 so it’s got a few improvements. I love the coral colour strap. It has google maps and YouTube music on it but I’ve not worked out how to use that yet and it also connects to your wallet so you can make payments apparently so I need to try that out. Basically I made a great choice going to the used one as you’d never know. I love Fitbit watches and this is definitely better than my previous.

Wish I’d purchased a different brand
Do not recommend at all. I used to love Fitbit, had a luxe for years and years. Bought this in 2025 and had it <3m it then stopped turning on completely. Sent in for repair and Amazon lost it, should have been back to me 2 weeks and took 6 weeks to find out it was lost. Was refunded, purchased again in January and in mid April it stopped connecting with the app so none of my data was recorded. I tried to connect the device again so many times and no luck. Had issues contacting support, finally got to them on messenger. They gave me endless troubleshooting options eventhough I kept saying I’d done all of that. Turned out the Fitbit app I’ve had for 10+ years is now a Google health app, in my downloads it shows as google health but on my phone shows as Fitbit, bit strange. Deleted the app, redownloaded and it’s a totally different look to how I had it (eventhough if I clicked open directly from my downloads list where it says Google health it opened in the Fitbit branded app!) so they’ve somehow not pushed out the new app properly to old app users. Once having the new app it connected but took over an hour. So much time and tracking wasted. It’s just so unreliable since becoming Google health I think. Not impressed so far and wish I’d purchased a different kind of tracker.

Very impressed with the accuracy
So i started off with a cheap smart watch£25 to see if i was into the whole thing and yeah!done ok,but got this one as it's a tracker i was looking for rather than a smart watch, this does everything i need running in the background and the Fitbit app jst trackes everything while i get on with my day, also really good battery life around a week and you kinda forget you have it on really comfy n so easy to use, deffo worth picking up for the price if you don't want a super computer smart watch on your wrist get the Fitbit chance 6 deffo 5*product

Too complicated for partner to use, passed it on.
Purchased by partner to replace an old Samsung Honor 5. The charge 6 proved to be too frustrating to operate, the three modes of waking the device were too unreliable, once woken navigating the 4 direction just confused. She reverted back to the Honor 5. My experience of the Charge 6 is mixed, mine is operated without a subscription (thus minimising data creep). It took ages so remove all those features like google music. It still has to be operated with a google account so there will be data aggregation going on. The technical side of the device is good, Ive compared it to the data captured by the Honor 5 and both records seem to track reasonably well suggesting comparable sensor technology. The battery life isnt too great but there are quite a few sensors running. 3 weeks on, The more I use it the more disappointed in it Ive become. - when you go for a walk, run etc. It displays that you have started. The display remains for the whole duration with no means to access any other screen. No access to heat rate, steps or distance walked. Only the pace displayed. When the walk is detected over, you are required to acknowledge the 'Done' else screen remains displaying summary for rest or day. No idea what happens if I start another walk. - VO2 reading is only that from last night, it never updates until the next morning. - Heart rate graph uses differing scales for every day. It display the average so far in text but no way to see the where it lies on the graph, i.e. no user grids. On my mobile the graphs only display in portrait mode, no zoom or auto rotation so resolution is not great (all my other apps auto rotate). The resolution issue is most noticeable after a walk. The walks heart beat graph (say over an hour) has little resemblance to the daily graph. - Sleep hours only shown after you get up & sync with your mobile. i.e no means to see sleep hours so far. Maybe if you keep the mobile in the bedroom the behaviour changes. - Nap detection seems poor, Ive yet to see any, I know I napped a couple of hours before bed yesterday. All the hours were rolled together. Maybe I needed bigger gap between the nap & going to bed. The Honor 5 had no issue with recording naps. - syncing hasn't been as reliable as the old Honor 5, a couple of days a week I've had to stop start bluetooth on my mobile. - the Fitbit details display is limited, you have to resort to opening the app on the mobile to see significant detail - I was using it on the last hole on the short strap, it was comfortably tight. But one morning i woke with a large blister under the buckle area. I switched hands & moved to the larger strap (which changed really easily, mechanism brilliantly designed). I now have a 2 inch plaster over blister. The band used to slide, now it does more. I'll have to see if measurements change significantly. - I finally turned on the premium subscription. I really expected a step change in features. After a week I really didnt find anything to justify the significant cost on the ongoing subscription.

It's ok
It is fine. But: I didn't want a large watch like the ones these days, but I didn't want one that is too slim and looks like an activity tracker. Unfortunately it does look like that. All the same it looks sleek. The strap though sticks out as in it doesn't fit smoothly on my wrist; it's not very comfy. I think it's too rigid where it's joined with the watch itself.
