There is dried shrimp listed. So not suitable for vegans and vegetarians, sorry to say.

Is there any added sugar in it?

Sugar is listed 4th of 13 ingredients, but I don't really know what the percentage is, exactly. Label says, carbohydrates - 20%, of which 10% is sugars, per 100 grammes. Hope this helps.
