Useless thermal paper
The paper would probably be fine if I had the $199.99 printer I purchased to go with it. But unfortunately, the printer hasn’t arrived and nobody is answering my complaint. So I guess I’ll be sending this paper back for a refund!Absolutely ridiculous situation, one of the drawbacks of buying online.

Poor quality
am not happy with this machine. It prints onto recept paper, not normal paper. I would like to return back to sender.

Love it
Am on the road 90% of the time and have to print documents constantly. I bought this over 3 months ago and loving it so far. Paper quality and print quality is very good. Just have to fold the paper in the opposite direction after its printed to b level..love it
