I purchased these to replace some double walled plastic mason like mugs I had used for years. I am really trying to remove plastic and stop buying it when I can. These are glass and I must note they are NOT double walled - so they do sweat some - but a trade I am willing to make. They are 'narrow', I think to help them not take up too much room in your cupboard and I appreciate that. Another reviewer noted that if you use a dishwasher you're good - but if you're hand washing - you will need a bottle brush or the like to get inside the mug. The openings are narrow. They are thicker glass and have a nice hefty feel/weight. I haven't put them in the freezer - but it feels like you could. The washed up in the dishwasher nicely. Overall, I am really happy to have purchased these to replace the plastic. So far they seem sturdy. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Once you hold these 24 oz mason jars you notice two things: great handle that feels good in your hand and the glass has a nice weight to them so no fear of easily breaking. I can set up all four jars and make 4 different kinds of sun tea and pop them in the refrigerator once they cool down. I did also order lids that fit this size jars so no spills and individual beverages can be sealed. I definitely get compliments on the glassware and like the unique old fashioned labeling design on the jars.

If you like drinking out of Mason jars these are the ones you need. The handle is perfect and the quality is outstanding.

Was hoping these would be a little more wide mouth so that my hand would fit inside to clean. But I cannot. Thankfully I have a scrubber sponge on a stick to clean it.All good if you have a dishwasher.But they are good quality & tall.

These glasses are great. I use them for iced tea iced coffee soda whatever. Easy to clean easy to drink from love the handle will buy again highly recommend
