Hi - the Optimate will do bikes with Canbus wiring (my BMW) and can switch to keep charging via other wiring systems as well. The instructions explain how to switch from one system to another as you need, not sure which will apply to Harley but it does both anyway.

Is this compatible with a 2019 tiger 1200?

Providing you have a din socket you can charge the bike through then it will work.
